Research On The Institutional Guarantee Of Expression Of Interests Of University Students

With the social progress and the development of higher education, university students’ subject consciousness rises. They have distinctive personality, and their thoughts are active. The students have a stronger desire and consciousness of interest demands. They want to express their own opinions and suggestions through various means and corresponding channels. Although the universities begin to admit, respect and protect students’principal part and rights, but it is a progressive and stepwise process, needing a set of effective institutional systems to support and protect students’ interest expressions. Under this background, it is essential to survey the theoretical problems the system relates to, and the shortages this system in practice have shown, to perfect the system.This research mainly uses the literature methods, questionnaire surveys and interviews and other research methods to analyze and comb the status quo and the existing problems of the security system of university students’interest expressions. In this paper the basic research ideas are to make relevant theoretical interpretations of security system of university students’interest expression; then based on the first hand information of questionnaire surveys and interviews, I analyze and comb the status quo, the existing problems and the reasons of the security system of university students’ interest expressions; finally, I focus on the countermeasures and suggestions to improve and perfecting the security system of university students’interest expressions.According to the survey, there still exist many problems and shortcomings in the security system of university students’ interest expressions, such as lack of institutionalized channels of interest expressions; the channels of interest expressions are not expedite; student opinion surveys and collection system, student affairs public systems and policy making hearing systems is not perfect; the students rights relief system is not perfect and so on. Therefore, improving and perfecting the security system of students’ interest expressions, enabling the student groups’ interest expressions are the way to protect the interests of students. In view of this, based on my own study and understanding, I put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, attempts from the student autonomy and participation in the management system, student affairs public system, student survey and collection system, student policy-making hearing system, students rights relief system, the disadvantaged groups of students the "easy access" system six to study and discuss the construction of a relatively scientific and reasonable college students benefit expression system security system, so as to effectively safeguard and protect the legitimate interests of students and provide theoretical support.
