Nowadays China is entering the era of the interests game among different interests groups. They hope that their interests can into the government policy agenda successfully. However, the influence and effectiveness of interests expression of different interests groups is different. The peasants compose a social vulnerable group. They have little ability to influence the formulation of policies. So their interests have always been damaged or neglected. Improving the interests expression mechanism of Chinese peasant has great value both in theory and practice.At present, the building of the interests expression mechanism of Chinese peasant has already made a success. However, there are many problems of its arrangements and operational procedures. The interests expression mechanism of Chinese peasant is comprised of the subject of interests expression, the object of interests expression and the vector of interests expression. They relate and influence each other.The paper will research it from above three sides. Firstly, the subject of interests expression-peasants have some problems of themselves. The consciousness and the ability of them are limited, at the same time, they lack an effective special interests expression organization, sometimes the demand or the ways they used are not proper.
