The most Chinese Korean population distribute in Yanbian area of JilinProvince. When other ethnic minority population is steadily growing, thedevelopment of the Chinese Korean population of Yanbian area shows the oppositetrend. At the beginning of1996, the Chinese Korean population was negative growthand reached the lowest level. Due to the special habits and cultural characteristics, alot of Chinese Korean female population start to migrate, which is bound to have alocal economic and social development have an enormous impact.Because of negative growth, the Chinese Korean population is also decliningproportion of the total population in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, whichdeclined from63.4percent in1949to36.6percent in2010. There are threereasons:the low birth rate、 the high mortality rate and many people migrate. A lot ofChinese Korean women give up the right to have a second child, which leads to theChinese Korean population’s birth rate is reducing. Chinese Korean have a highermortality rate, especially old-age people, this is due to their unscientific diet andlifestyle. Chinese Korean emigration is increasing year by year, especially a lot offemale population join in the labor market. Using their own natural languageadvantage, many women migrate to South Korea to work, and some of them even leftthe residence permanently through marriage. Since the1990s, the Yanbian Koreanoutflow of population became more and more, and the trend of female populationmigration is more obvious. It is no longer a "dependent immigration", but also"independent immigrants", the form becomes variety:working, learning, business, marriage and family-based immigration.90%Chinese Korean female migration are15-50years old,20-25years old isthe peak of the migration. Migration in the Chinese Korean female population,52.18%are unmarried,95.13%of junior high school or higher education level, wecan see the Chinese Korean migration of the female population are mostly young andhigh-quality. The main reasons for their migration are working and learning, accounted for68.95%and17.28%respectively, and plus7.06%marriage migration.35.40%population flow in Jilin Province,26.68%people migrate to other provinces, andthere are22.99%people move to South Korea, others migrate to other countries. The main body of the paper is the use of descriptive statistical analysis, analysis of the Binary Logistic Regression Analysis and Multinomial LogisticRegression Analysis of Yanbian Korean women migrants influencing factors. Thereare the result:15-34years old Chinese Korean female groups are most prone tomigration; Married women are easy to migrate than unmarried women; The level ofeducation affect migration willingness; Most children of the head of household moveto the province and South Korea; The number of household members and censusregister properties was not significant factors. The female people migration have a huge impact on women、family and theYanbian region. It improves the family income, and stimulates local economicdevelopment, but also bring many negative impacts. For the Chinese Femalepopulation themselves, they are difficult to integrate into the life of the resettlementareas, and their labor force participation rate is low, mostly engaged in low-paid workor unpaid domestic labor, reproductive health status are threatened, delayed marriageand childbearing willingness become more strongly; For the family, the femalepopulation migration lead the wishes of their second child weakened, home carebecomes a problem for the elderly and children; For Yanbian region, women ofchildbearing age move out so that the Korean total population and birth rate decline, the more serious is exacerbated in rural areas of the marriage market squeeze, resulting a serious imbalance of marriageable sex ratio.
