With the changing for education theme of the 21st century world, the ideologicaland moral quality has also become a kind of standard to appraise talent. In recentyears, the employer of university graduates are increasingly severe for appraisalstandards ,and the ideological and moral quality has become an important item inthe assessment criteria. In this paper, according to the current employing unit on therequirements of the ideological and moral qualities, being based on the students’thought and moral qualities and employment requirements of empirical research toexplore current needs of the employer image for the talent,to analyze the status ofideological and moral qualities of the current students, and then to find out the currentproblems in ideological and moral qualities .By analysis of those problems, designs tomeet the needs of the community by strengthening the ideological and moraleducation of college students, then improves the level of ideological and moralqualities of college students to help them achieve correctly feasible suggestions.The basic framework of the paper is as follows:The first chapter, Introduction. Describes the background of the topics ,proposesthe problems, related review and a research ideas of this articles, and also describesthe research methods.The second chapter, the analysis of ideological and moral quality of collegestudents and employment.Mainly based on our current college graduates overallemployment situation in the demand for talent image to analyze the currentideological and moral qualities that employer needs, and the ideological and moralquality of the mainstream is a healthy and active. However ,there is an unavoidablegap between the requirements of the employer on the ideological and moral qualities,and then analyzes the current ideological and moral quality that will not meet theemployer a comparative analysis of the ideological and moral quality requirements. Atthe same time based on the analysis of contemporary college students ideological andmoral qualities and employment factors .In this chapter, on the basis of interviews andquestionnaires, makes use of SPSS17.0 statistical software for correlation analysis andspecific cases for further explanation.The third chapter, in the view of employment to see the great significance ofideological and moral quality education. Mainly based on correlation analysis of theideological and moral qualities and employment to understand the gap between theideological and moral quality and the employer, and strengthen the ideological andmoral significance of quality education in the job domain.Mainly from three aspectsstrengthens ideological and moral quality of education for the impact of collegestudents, businesses and the state. The fourth chapter, enhances the ideological and moral qualities in order to promote employment countermeasures. This chapter mainly discusses improving the contemporary ideological and moral quality, strengthens the employment measures, countermeasures and suggestions, innovatives approaches to these three dimension from awareness of enriching the content, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to provide theoretical support to further promote the graduated employment.
