Research On Under The New Employment Situation Ideological And Political Education Master’s Comprehensive Quality Training

Our graduate enrollment began in2003, the number has doubled in ten years, some colleges and universities are not ready to meet the mass graduate on both "software" and "hardware" preparation. Some school’s running conditions is not enough, the related management can not keep up, the tutor system exists in name only, graduate scale expansion, but the quality has not kept up, these led to the embarrassed situation emerge, that is graduate employment rate is less than undergraduates three years in row, from2009to2011. After the expansion, graduate is faced more severe employment situation than master before enrollment. Ideological and political education master as a member of the liberal arts graduate students, employment range is narrow, level of theory is higher, adaptability and pertinence to the real world is lower, faces more severe employment situation than the science and engineering application graduates. Therefore, it is very important for the better employment to carefully analyse the new employment situation putted forward higher requirements to ideological and political education graduate, investigate the comprehensive quality of ideological and political education master in Fujian Colleges and Universities, dig deeper reasons affecting their comprehensive quality improving, explore the countermeasures to optimize the cultivation of their comprehensive quality.The article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter for introduction, which introduces background, significance, content, method and innovation of the research, and the basic situation of study about the employment situation of master, ideological and political education master, the cultivation of master’s comprehensive qualities. The second chapter, understand the professional graduate master’s employment status from the master counselor in relevant Colleges and Universities which can culture ideological and political education master in Fujian, analyse the master’s employment characteristics of the major, make clear the higher demands the new employment situation put forward to ideological and political education master through retrieving online and interviewing with some ideological and political education graduated masters. The third and forth chapters, a detailed analysis of the comprehensive quality of ideological and political education master and the factors which affect their comprehensive quality improving is provided, combining with the conclusion through interviewing and the information obtained by setting questionnaires to ideological and political education postgraduate in school in Fujian Colleges and Universities.
