University teachers and personnel system reform in China has gone for more than twentyyears. All colleges and universities are different for different exploration, reform and experience.However, as the personnel system reform continues to move forward, University teachers’personnel management more and more complex. Although lasting reform has achieved a certaindegree of success, in the personnel management in colleges and universities still exist in varyingdegrees on a number of issues. For example,"Teacher’s employment system in a mere formality;Inadequate teacher evaluation system; Teacher management work is not in place; Inbreeding highincidence; Heavy science, light teaching" and so on. In this case, whether from a governmentperspective, is also from the perspective of universities, personnel management system reform hasbecome the inevitable trend of the times. Although the reform of personnel system and study on theteacher’s employment system in many, a systematic and comprehensive study on theoretical systemof classified management of university teachers results a few. Therefore, from the theory andoperation of dual-level to study the system of classified management of university teachers, postsetting as a point of university teachers, digging up hidden in the depths of the thorny issues andresolve, which builds the teacher positions in flavor of teachers’ career development system ofclassified management is the ultimate objectives of this article. This article is divided into six parts:Part I: Introduction. First set out to this question as a master’s thesis topic selection grew fromthe theoretical meaning and practical value of the study two aspects justify the need for this topic.At the same time, predecessors of research results through the comb, clearly this study to takeresearch methods and research design.Part II: Basic concepts and theoretical basis. Defined on the basis of the analysis in a largenumber of documents out of the four fundamental concepts of this study. Grounded theory in jobanalysis, job management, providing theoretical basis for further research.Part III: explains Shenyang normal university teacher formation and development of postclassification management system. By using the method of interviews to collect information onclearing system of classified management of Shenyang normal university teacher posts form asequence, and the current classification system will be introduced.Part IV: An empirical investigation.Shenyang Normal University to conduct investigationsinto the case, using the questionnaire method, collection of their teachers for teacher positionsystem of classified management of comments and suggestions, through data analysis on teacher’sjob classification management problems and difficulties in implementing a comprehensiveexplanation.Part V: This chapter presents the construction of University jobs post classified management mode of teachers under the idea, clearly a prerequisite of teachers ’ jobs, and in theory and practiceon the basis of analysis, combined with domestic and foreign advanced management experience,ideally teachers build post classification management system.
