Teachers’ professional morality is the essential of education process, the teachers’professional morality directly affects the quality of students. Primary and middleschool students are in the stage of growth, they have not form a correct, completeworld outlook, values, most of them will imitate the behavior of teacher’s, so theteacher’s professional ethics will directly affect the quality of the students. Teachers’professional morality and education is common development. Along with the changeof social system, education is also development and change, our country’s educationchange from the examination education to quality education, the education system hasbeen changed, teacher’s professional morality also change corresponding, this requiresteachers to continue learning and keep up with the development of the times. As timegoes on,"after80" young teachers has become the main force of primary and middleschools, so strengthening "after80" youth teachers’ professional morality constructionis imminent."after80" is the first generation of single children, they are born in the period ofreform and opening up, away from the war, the class struggle, the political movement,is in the development of the peace. Therefore,"after80" young teachers are received agood education, easy to accept new things and new knowledge, and can establishgood relationship between teachers and students. But,"after80" young teachers alsohas its drawbacks in the work because of the particularity of the growth. This paperlists the four: first, weak awareness of professional responsibility. Second, weakawareness of be a model for others. Third, weak awareness of teaching. Fourth, strongawareness of utilitarian. These problems have influenced the development of teachers’professional ethics, so strengthening "after80" young teachers’ professional moralityconstruction is imperative.In this paper, applied the pedagogy, ethics science knowledge,expounds theconnotation and characteristics of teachers’ professional ethics. Analysis the reasonsof "after80" youth teacher’s professional morality problems. There are given severalway to solve the problem: To provide the necessary guarantee mechanism;Improvepractice ability of "after80" young teachers;To create a good environment. I hope theadvice can help “after80” young teachers’ professional morality construction.
