College students are the mainstay of future’s hope. It is significant to teach and guide college students to learn the socialist core value system. The college students presently have been influenced by various social thoughts, which have resulted in their confused political beliefs, fuzzy ideal faith, twisted value orientation, the lack of social responsibilities, bad concept of cooperation, and the poor psychological qualities. These problems have challenged the higher schools to teach students at school the socialistic core value system. The higher schools must pay special attention to these problems and find various ways to solve them.The development of the times requires values and bench markings to lead. As we all know, Zhou Enlai is the Chinese Communists’ outstanding model and representative.
