Student Referee That Study Soccer In Wuhan Sport College Training Present Situation And Measure Research

President Joseph S Blatter of FIFA have said that there are three teams on the soccer field:athlete team, coach team and a silent referee team. The standard of referee team directly affect the expression of athletes’skills of both sides and also our country’s soccer sports level. The low level of China’s soccer is relative to the low standard of our country’s referee team. In2009, a storm of eliminating "fake" and "black" began to display its power in China. With the uprooting of such restrictive factors as "false""bet""black", the environment soccer competition becomes more fair and just, which enabled China’s soccer to blaze out a soar fire again. This is also a great opportunity for the young referees’training. Owing a good mass basis of developing soccer sport, Wuhan has a excellent soccer atmosphere. Sports colleges and universities is the key unit of output soccer referee and Wuhan has a good number a universities and colleges, so Wuhan has an advantage of training student referee. Through interviewing the department of physical education of four universities, this paper makes an investigation and questionnaire survey on students’competence and school’s training from the aspect of material selection, training goal, teaching content and method, period and evaluation and the referee training class, which aiming to discover the disadvantages of referee’s training and put forward some proposal suggestions to give advice to referee’s output and development.Through visit and questionnaire investigation, we can preliminary draw the following conclusion:1.The students specialized in soccer in sport colleges becomes fewer and fewer, making the lack of an obvious successor. But the atmosphere in Wuhan is very good: grassroots soccer and campus soccer played among teenagers is prosperous. So college soccer referees training has a better external support.2.In the syllabus of soccer teaching, skill teaching takes an excessive proportion, but the referee skill teaching is weakened. The referee training class also has several disadvantages, such as the lack of skill training, single rule of game theory training, not so perfect declaration and appraisal system and not enough chance of student practice. 3. The student referees have a certain English language ability, providing a foundation for the future work. However, because they lack learning motivation and self-study ability, their general English basis is a little bad.4. Through investigation, we find that the vast majority of students have strong interest in being a soccer referee, most of which willing to perform the work.
