Nietzsche, one of the ten great millennium ideologists, is a transformative giant in thehistory of modern western philosophy. His philosophy thought, keeping high degree of concernfor life, is full of criticism spirit and of important education significance on inspiring the fightingwill and creative enthusiasm, reforming the weakness of human nature as well as raising one’sspiritual state.The teacher-student view is an important comparatively complete part to reflect thedistinctiveness of Nietzsche’s ideology. The paper makes brief analysis respectively about thestate of study on Nietzsche’s educational thoughts in academic circle at home and abroad.Known from the analysis, the current study on Nietzsche’s educational thoughts is mainly theoverall study and the monographic study only occupies smaller proportion, the deeply study onNietzsche’s teacher-student view is extremely rare. Using text analytic method in further studyon this topic has not only important theory value but also important reality significance on fullyrecognizing teachers and students in the process of education, properly dealing with therelationship between teachers and students, keeping the unique existence of teachers andstudents.The study on Nietzsche’s teacher-student view based in three issues closely related witheach other: the process of Nietzsche’s philosophical thought, Nietzsche’s view on educationalfunction and Nietzsche’s view on education purpose. Nietzsche’s philosophical thought, aimingat the traditional Platonism, could be divided into an obvious process. According to the theory ofthe will to power and the thought of the eternal recurrence, Nietzsche’s view on educationalfunction is very cautious on impartation-acceptance education model but sings high praise ofself-education. In the study of Nietzsche’s view on education purpose, the paper takes a scepticalattitude on the view of to foster superman, and draw a conclusion that Nietzsche’s educationpurpose is to foster Free Spirits who are provided with critical spirit and creative spirit. So thispoint could be seen as the innovation of the paper.Nietzsche’s teacher view based on the theory of the will to power and the purpose of tofoster Free Spirits. So he attaches great importance to the ideologist characteristic of teacher’s,and characterizes five concrete images which are closely aligned with each other: the teacher as aliberator, the teacher to complete oneself, the teacher as an alienator, the teacher as a fishermanand the teacher as banisters.Although the text related to the student view in Nietzsche’s works is not so much andtransforming with the development process of the thought of the eternal recurrence. The paperstill grasps the purport of Nietzsche’s student view in the change course by the study onNietzsche’s view on education purpose. And the paper abstracts Nietzsche’s four requirements on student: the student as a living companion, the student as a tough stone, the student as acomrade-in-arms and the student as a sacred adversary.Nietzsche’s view on teacher-student relationship is based on the study of Nietzsche’steacher view and student view. Depending on the theory of the will to power, Nietzscheconstructs his friendly view on teacher-student relationship, the view contains two beliefs thatare to transcend oneself constantly and great men are sure to come into being. This friendlyteacher-student relationship has three directions: the relationship of fighting together andco-creation, the relationship of sacred rivalry and the relationship of grant.
