Apart from having the characteristics of competitivevolleyball, it also has its own characteristics. such as entertainment and simplicity. In1996, thestate general administration of sports proposed nationwide health program, which provides aprerequisite for the idea of fitness and its implementation, entertainment and simplicity reducethe requirements for people to participate in, and the mass volleyball was recognized. At thesame time, its own function to promote the health of body and extension of social function werereflected, which provides a powerful guarantee for people’s participation.At present, the volleyball in China suffers from progress and hinder, WuLianGuan and rapiddecline all impress Chinese people deeply, competitive volleyball is in great trouble. the presentsituation of the subjects’ position directly or indirectly in the exercise is not promising, that is,athletic sports lost a solid backing, lost a soft landing of protection. school, as the main carrier ofvolleyball movement,is a connecting link between the preceding and the effect. Therefore, inview of the education aim of the school education embodied in the implementation of the target,the teaching outline becomes soft volleyball teaching materials. Along with the constantunderstanding of international sports commission and the inceasing needs of people for sports,our country sports improve in all respects. volleyball, a kind of entertaining movement, has amore objective position in people’s hearts. The forms of volleyball competition become more andmore diverse, popular trend is more and more obvious. Qingdao is a developed city in shandongprovince, and the rhythm of people’s living is fast, the corresponding leisure time is reduced,but people are longing for fitness. the mass volleyball is simple and diverse,which is fit for allages. Thus, it is an urgent need to develop some mass sports in order to reach people’s spiritualneeds. At the same time, the propaganda and attention of media to mass volleyball is not enough,so we still need the joint effort of all the members, so as to promote the popularization ofvolleyball sport all over the country.This article uses the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, expert interviewmethod, mathematical statistics method, with the mass movement of Qingdao as the researchobject. In terms of investigation and analysis, the author draws the following conclusions andrecommendations:1. The participant of Qingdao mass volleyball is mainly teenagers and the old man, due torelatively fixed time and ground equipment, and the way to participate is mainly six system,besides, organization form is relatively dull.2. Major factors which influence the development of Qingdao mass volleyball: participantsfactors, sports characteristics factors, policy element, media factors, economic and cultural factors, geographical factors, etc.3. The main body of participation of mass volleyball movement is people, and the massesplay a dominant role, they should set up their own subject consciousness, exert their subjectiveinitiative, so as to promote the development of Qingdao mass volleyball.4. Compare to competitive volleyball, mass volleyball needs lower technical requirements,and is more various. Besides, its rules is relatively free, which all enrich the creative and aremore close to people’s real thoughts.5. The right policies, laws and regulations will actively promote the development of masssports, the policymaking should consider the need of the people first, and only when the policiessuit for the mass volleyball entertaining and the law of development, volleyball sport candevelop healthily.6. Economic and cultural guide not only produce effect, and will reflect the spirit of themasses reflected in the movement, to restrict or to promote the idea of people, through animplicit to explicit process. Media publicity, a specific form of mass culture of theimplementation of the development of volleyball, provides support. Economic development levelrestricts the construction of facilities and sports consumption of residents, which certainly limitthe development of Qingdao mass volleyball to some extent.7. The geographical position of Qingdao provides a very good chance for the developmentof sand row, the development and enrichment of beach volleyball need to be unified well withmass volleyball, the unique geographical position can produce different interweaving of culture,cultural integration blocks or promotes the development of the movement to some extent.Suggestions:1.The main body of mass volleyball is the masses, we should enhance people’s subjectiveinitiative, at the same time, strengthen the propaganda of characteristics of volleyball. only whenwe really understand its connotation, our subject consciousness can reflect.2. The local government should formulate different policies in terms of regions, with thedevelopment of the special sports driving other movement’s rise.3. Society develops constantly, we should pay more attention to the development of societyand changes in the concept of people, strengthen different understanding of culture in differentperiod, make mass volleyball and culture with the times, enrich diversity of movement, attractparticipants to join in.4.we should step up publicity efforts, reasonably develop school sports resources andcommunity facilities resources, know and deepen national fitness ideas. |
