Microblog is the practice of posting small pieces of digital content—which could be text, pictures, links, short videos, or other media—on the Internet. As one of the Web2.0application, it inherits the Web2.0social media basic characteristics:participation, sharing and creating. The microblog is widely used in very field because of having innovative interactive way, timely velocity, widely spread range and good technical supporting and so on. Under the trend of Education informatization and Mobile learning, more and more education workers become to focus on the microblog in Education teaching. At present, the research about how to use the microblog in education have been proceed by many researchers and they obtained the certain research achievements. But each researcher has his records, especially the application about the microblog used in classroom teaching, we still lack the complete, comprehensive results.The main task of my study is integrating the microblog as learning platform and teaching in order to explore the general process, the principle should be followed, the strategy we can use and the reasonable evaluation method when we use microblog in the classroom instruction. This article includes five chapters:the first chapter puts forward the article’s research background, content significance and the method, as well as the domestic and foreign research. In the second chapter, the author describes the concept and characteristic of the microblog and analyses its teaching application potential and also put forward a general process can be adopted when the microblog is used in the subject teaching. The third chapter describe some practical strategies and methods such as self reflection、discussion of themes, group cooperation and so on according to the course content characteristic of "CAI Courseware Design"、the level of students’ cognition and the advantages of microblog. In the fourth part,the author is mainly collecting data and implementing quantitative and qualitative analysis. From the survey questionnaire, we get some information about students’using situation and habits about microblog, the evaluation of teaching effect and so on. According to the social network analysis, we get the class community figure, center degrees to evaluate the students’ performance. The last chapter discusses the conclusion and the problems, and proposes the next research direction and improving suggestions for reference.The Study results showed that using microblog in the teaching ought to take the corresponding strategies according to the different teaching content; Its advantage more reflected in promoting communication between teachers and students; Teacher’s guidance and the influence of the central figures affect the effective teaching; Familiar with Microblog skill and the fine digital learning habit can promote teaching effect; The advantage of group cooperation is reflected not obvious and the study still need to be further perfected.
