| In the rapid development of information technology age, multimedia teaching has playing an irreplaceable role in classroom. With the introduction of multimedia equipment in kindergarten, they gradually mainly adopt information technology to assist teaching. Information technology is the product of the information age, which brings kindergarten with both challenges and opportunities. In practicum, the author finds that there are more and more technological resources in kindergarten but lack of relative research literatures. During the communication with the kindergarten teachers of a school in Wuhan,the author finds out that they often use multimedia courseware for information teaching,but there are some deficiencies in it. Accordingly,this paper,attempting to take kindergarten courseware as the object of study, on the basis of the existing teaching materials, designs and develops a series of teaching courseware of small classes to provide support for the teaching of front-line kindergarten teachers. At the same time,some suggestions about the courseware making for them will be illustrated as well.This paper is divided into six parts: the first part introduces the research background and significance, that is,the importance and practical needs of courseware in kindergarten education; The second part has sorted out the current application of multimedia technology in kindergarten teaching, and untangled the theory of children’s cognitive development and characteristics of multimedia resources’ function; The third part investigates the application status of courseware by questionnaires from all the teachers in A kindergarten school in Wuhan and interviews with random teachers taking charge of a small class, finds the deficiency of courseware, and understands the specific needs of the teachers in making courseware; The fourth part aims at making a detailed design and development of the multimedia courseware for mathematics teaching of small classes in kindergarten. In this paper,the framework of courseware making is given.Namely, make courseware, the activity and script according to children’s cognitive characteristics and teachers’ needs, and finally to the content based on the courseware design principles; The fifth part is about the application of this courseware in kindergarten’s small class teaching, including the implementation process, the use of courseware in teaching activities and the impact of courseware on students and teachers.Combined with practical application feedback and the conclusions of this study, the paper puts forward some suggestions for courseware design and development. The last part is the summary and outlook of the research.Through the study,the author discovers that the courseware plays a certain part in kindergarten teaching and motivates the students’ learning and interest to some extent.The research of this paper, on the one hand, provides guidance for teachers to design courseware and future research the children’ s teaching, and on the other hand, provides ideas and methods for children’s teaching research with information technology assistance in the future. |
