University’s Budget Management Information System Design And Application

Financial management is an important subject for the state, units and individuals to be familiar with. It relates to the flow of money, storage, transfer, and so on. Ancient times, there had a special treasury departments and personnel to manage and control of financial capital. Sound financial management system is an important guarantee for national wealth and people’s happiness. Application the financial management knowledge successfully can not only manage funds effectively, reasonable control of funds, and budget and control of funds changes, but also make the entire financial system working smoothly, improve work efficiency and life quality. University’s financial management related to combined interests of the students, parents and schools, so the university’s financial management can not be ignored.In recent years, with the innovation of the education system, the number of college students is growing, and the university’s financial management business has become busy,. The parents, school and university students are very concerned about the financial operations, and departments’financial budgets are the main contents in the colleges and universities budget work. Meanwhile, the university’s budget management makes the university’s work plan and tasks in the form of money, and the university’s budget management has become a necessary prerequisite for all university financial management. China’s economy has entered to a market economy stage. There are many of economic forms. The university’s budget management has to positive start in this economic conditions. For example, many colleges and universities are expanding the school teachers and also increasing the flow of funds, then, how to make a new revolution in budget management in order to make the colleges variety resources effectively optimized and used? It is imperative for university to use the information technology taking off for the budget management. This requires us to use electronic technology to help the university’s financial budget management. In this form, the university budget management information system came into being.This paper describes the university budget management information system design and integrated application. The university budget management information system include the user information management subsystem, information sharing subsystem, data acquisition subsystem, budgeting and auditing subsystem, implementation and indicators control subsystem, and auxiliary support subsystem. This paper starts from the university’s budget management from and improvements, and emphasis on the needs, software and hardware environment set up, system components and system functions of unversity budget management information systems, and detailed description of how the system to collect, record, store financial data and how to manage tightly for the financial budget, and how to improve the level of university financial management.Proven by the practise, the budget management information system designed by the paper can solve the traditional problems in the university’s budget mangement to ensure the level of university’s budget mangement improved. This study has some shortcomings, such as the theory is not deep enough, and the analysis of budget management information system requirements is not conducted extensive, I will make a further study in the future study and work.
