The Services Research Of Professional Social Work Intervening In Rural Disabled People

Our country has60million rural disabled people, accounting for75%of the total number of the disabled, and5%of the total population, directly beared on the stability of China’s reform and development situation. Only improving the living situation for disabled people who in a double vulnerable position and share in the fruits of reform and development that can promote the social civilization and fair development. Social work is the guidance of an altruistic values,purposed to help others as the value concept, using professional knowledge and skills to help the individuals and groups who has difficulty to solve problems and develop themselves, which is important to maintain social stability.For a further understanding of the current living situation of disabled persons in our country countryside, we take anhui province S village as a miniature and deeply develop the investigation of rural disabled live condition.From the investigation of the material in qualitative analysis, we find that the living situation of current rural disabled people group is not satisfactory. Except the life, education and rehabilitation problem originated from economic poverty, they also face ability poverty, resources poverty, psychological poverty and so on.Social work need different research perspective, comprehensively using of various methods for disabled persons in rural areas to provide a comprehensive range of services. We classify certain study perspective and theoretical support in developing the social work practice activity process, and clear direction and goal service, based on the perspectives of culture, normalization, participation, increase as a starting point to define the contents and ways of service. In service main body, social workers can excavate village cadres, college student village cadre, social work students to the common participation in service activities. In the activities running cost source, social workers can integrate the government, enterprises and social organizations to provide support and help.on the intervention path, we should provide personalized service according to the specific situation of the rural disabled persons. Community care put forward to provide service and build social support network for rural disabled people in the macroscopic level to help them to get good care in the original life environment. Project operation service the disabled who have common need on community in the medium level and let them develop themselves in the group activities atmosphere, improving their ability construction.Case management from microcosmic angle for the rural disabled persons of complex problems provide "package" type service to meet their multiple needs. Quantitative evaluation can provide the services and results of skill, effective public service and make those who provide the funding agency with satisfaction rest assured, promoting social work in professional level and social status.
