A Study Of The Effectiveness Of Social Work Services For The Disabled

Aiming at the problem of insufficient rehabilitation services for the disabled, government departments and social organizations are actively involved and strengthened rehabilitation services for the disabled.Government support, social organization which actively participate in the disabled society increasingly——social work agencies are involved in the service for the disabled in the form of services to buy. Social work services in rehabilitation services for the disabled, with professional social work method in to the disabled, according to the particularity of the disabled, design organization of professional social work services, carry out the practice of social work services for the disabled, improve the quality of services for the disabled.This article applies the method of questionnaire scale and qualitative interviews, In achievement evaluation framework of CIPP model, combining with the comprehensive social work program of S organization, in the service object, service satisfaction improvement and social benefit three aspects to effectiveness analysis, social work services for the disabled and to social work service results more objective and fair evaluation. Posttest questionnaire data statistics show that social work services improve the service object capacity, improve their psychological condition; service objects and their families to social work services overall satisfaction are improved, rehabilitation services is paying off. Social Work Services enlarge the influence of social work services,improve organizational performance management services and creat a social atmosphere for the disabled. According to the findings, the author found that the rehabilitation services has the characteristics of individuality and integrity, effectiveness from the physiological themselves to social care trends.
