Object:Facing the habitude healthy level descendent and the problem of the gym sports existing in the schools. The study creates the motion case of t middle student body mechanics. The case provides the basis for the adolescent through the experiment check the body-building effect.Method:the article is mainly adapted methods to study which include experimentation and measurement and date-statistic. This article designs a set of aerobics motion project which aim to the student practical condition and the growth regulation of adolescents. The case draw experiment object in the middle school of Xi’an. Doing the intervening trail, finally getting the mainly study result as follow.Result:1. The kind of motion project has its trait. The reasonable of the organization and arrangement is rational and in order. The case designing meets with the principle of the adolescent development and the regulation of growing totally. The proceeding of the body-building case implementing that is between 130-155 b/min. The movement quantity of this project is rational and fit with the middle student exercise.2. Body function guideline and most of the body quality guideline have a obviously differentia after the aerobics case trains and intervening-experiment through ten weeks. The function guideline have a deeply progress than before.3. Most of the experimental exercise intervention group students’ physical fitness test indicators increased significantly. Reflect the power of the quality of grip strength, standing-long-jump, chin-up (male) and sit-ups indicator test results experiment, And that have a significant difference than the before experiment. Flexibility and endurance of the quality indicators Sit-Reach,50x 8 shuttle run after the experiment specific than before the experiment significantly increased. The grade of one leg standing and reaction have a somehow improvement.4. Most of the experiment of the students’ physical health indicators has a deeply improvement before that. It indicates that the sensitivity of indicators for the evaluation of sports and fitness effects is higher.there are five indicators include lung-capacity, step test, Sit-Reach, standing-long jump,50×8 shuttle-run to be fit with middle student according to evaluation of fitness effectsConclusion:1. The case designing of the body-building has the maneuverability and the content is fresh and the students are strongly interesting in it. It codes with the principle of motion-building. The quantity of the movement is rational and has the trait of aerobics and is fit with the campus body-building.2. The case of body-building movement has an advanced activity in some degree to birth growth of adolescent body form. But the effect is not obvious.therefore the body form of the students depend on the nature.3. The case of body-building movement can promote the function level of circulation and breathy system and can enhance the capacity of the Aerobic metabolism. Which can strength the healthy level of the adolescent to a good advanced action4. The case of body-building movement has an obvious action to enhance the overall development of the middle student. The result of Experiments proves that it is prominent to the effect of power and tolerance and durance. It also play a role on balance capacity and action speed.5. According to the date analyzed result to compare before and after. The five guidelines include Vital capacity, step test, Sit and Reach, standing long jump,50 x 8 shuttle run should be elected as the standard of evaluating the middle school body-building effect.
