Objective:(1)To observe whether the 8-week broadcast gymnastics will causechanges in AEP, VEP and P300. (2)To evaluate the promoting effect on the indicatorsof two different exercise.(3)At different times broadcast gymnastics exercise willcause changes in P300 index.Methods:1 Subjects: 30 volunteer female college students of shan dong normaluniversity were selected as subjects.Recruitment introduced by the students ,enquiredthe demographic characteristics,filled PARQ & YOU questionnaire,all no bad habits,non-sports contraindications. Subjects who were divided into three groups ,makes twogroup(11),makes four group(10)and control group(9). 2 Exercise: The subjects of twotimes group and four times group do exercise in accordance with its respectivecharacteristics of exercise.The control group did not do any related exercise duringthe entire experiment duration.3 Contents: To observe whether the 8-week broadcastgymnastics will cause changes in AEP, VEP and P300. To evaluate the promotingeffect on the indicators of two different exercise. At different times broadcastgymnastics exercise will cause changes in P300 index.4 Index test:①Visual evokedpotential, Auditory Evoked Potential and Event-related potentials were tested byNDI-200(Poseidon) nerve examination.②Height and weight test:byRGZ-120-RT-height scales.③The body composition was tested and analyzed byVivente Body Composition Analyzer made in Korea on an empty stomach in themorning after get up.Results: (1) Visual evoked potential indexes:①The control group during the 8weeks of VEP indicators have not significantly changed (P>0.05), VEP index has acertain stability.②Two times group compared with the measure before theexperiment: Exercise after 4 and 8 weeks N75, P100, N145 amplitude were significantly increased (P<0.05),the latency has been shortened and the N75 and theN145 latency is significantly reduced (P<0.05).After eight weeks compared with fourweeks N75 amplitude significant increase , N145 latency is significantly shortened(P<0.05).③4 times group compared with the measure before the experiment, Afterfour weeks N75, P100, N145 amplitude were increased and N75, N145 amplitudewere significantly increased (P<0.05).Exercise after 8 weeks the N75, P100, N145amplitude was significantly increased (P<0.05), the latency has been shortened andthe N145 latency is significantly reduced (P<0.05). N75 amplitude after 4 and 8weeks of significantly increased (P<0.05).(2)Auditory Evoked Potential indexes:During 8 weeks, the AEP latency of control group was significantly shortened(P<0.05).It can be say that AEP latency changes depending on seasonal changes, maybe associated with the rising temperatures.2 and 4 times groups during 8 weeksbroadcast gymnastic did not have any significant changes. (3) Event-relatedpotentials indexes:①Eight-week trial period, Pz, Cz response time of the controlgroup significant difference than before the experiment (P<0.05). Pz-point amplitudethan before the experiment is significant difference (P<0.05). 2 times group of 8weeks broadcast gymnastic the Pz, Cz and Fz P300 latency, response time has beenshorten and the amplitude has been increased. Exercise 4 weeks later the indexpresented significant differences (P<0.05). 4 times groups of 8 weeks broadcastgymnastic the Pz, Cz and Fz P300 latency, response time has been shorten and theamplitude has been increased. Exercise 4 weeks later some of the indicators that havesignificant differences (P<0.05).②Compared with the resting state, test immediatelyafter 2 times broadcast gymnastic of Fz P300 latency and response time significantlyreduced (P<0.05), and amplitude significantly increased (P<0.05),exercise 10minutes after these changes can be restored. After broadcast gymnastic the controlgroup response obviously, to exercise immediate response after significantly reduced(P<0.05),but 4 times group expression smaller reaction (P>0.05).③Relative to thecontrol group,do broadcast gymnastic 4 weeks later P300 indicators significantchanged, but 2 times group performed better than 4 times group, seems to prompt theP300 indicators change of frequency does not exercise direct correlation. Conclusion: Long-term 8th broadcast gymnastic exercise can significantly improvethe indicators of VEP, characterized by shortened latency, amplitude increases; effectscan be felt after training four weeks. AEP index have no significant influence. FzP300 latency and reaction time significantly shorten, amplitude significantly increased,but this effect is only able to maintain within 10 minutes. Exercise 4 weeks afterdoing the same exercise, 8th broadcast gymnastic group compared with the controlgroup of the P300 response decrease, prompting P300 indicators can also be used asfunction of evaluation indicator of sports training. 8th broadcast gymnastic exercise 4weeks later P300 indicators significant change occurred, 2 times group performedbetter than 4 times group, prompting P300 is not index changes associated with theexercise frequency.Recommendation: Observed in this study failed to when 8th broadcast gymnasticexercise movements of the simultaneous observation Pz, Cz and Fz index of the P300,and might be missing some important information. Exercise before and after 8thbroadcast gymnastic exercise and physical activity study on inconsistency alsoreduces the convincing. Recommendations in future research to more comprehensiveobservation, with a more comprehensive evaluation of effects of physical exercise oncognitive potential.
