Objective:Using the window-P300 reflecting the cognitive function,by observing lengthways the changes of P300 index before,during ,after six weeks different frequence broadcast exercises,to discuss the regular pattern of different frequency six weeks broadcast exercises on cognitive function.Object: Thirty female students of Shandong normal university participated in this experiment,all the participants were divided at random:①experiment group one(n=10):participate in broadcast exercises for six weeks at three times per week;②experiment group two(n=10):participate in broadcast exercises for six weeks at five times per week;③the control group(n=10):without any regular physical activity,living at originally style.three groups of participants demographic characteristics were below:exerperimental group one age: 20.7±1.25 years,height: 161.6±3.17cm,weight: 53.6±4.54kg; exerperimental group two age: 20.3±1.12years,height: 161.7±3.0cm ,weight: 54.1±3.46kg;control group age: 20.6±0.79years,height: 163.7±3.55cm,weight: 53.7±4.16kg.Method:literature material law,experiment methodology,mathematical method of average,questionnaire survey procedure and so on.index experiment methods:①auditory event-related potentials:Use the Shanghai sea god medical service electron instrumentplant production NDI-200 to record Auditory ERP,the P300 was recorded at parietal(Pz).central(Cz).frontal(Fz),with each electrode referenced to linked right earlobe mastoid,the Fpz surved as the ground; adopting Oddball task to elicit auditory P300,this task contained two stimulus(target stimulus and nontarget stimulus),target stimulus is high infrequence tone with 2kHz(80% of total),the nontarget stimulus is low infrequence with 1kHz(20% of total), sound intensity 96Db, the subjects trampled the pedal with right foot when faced with the targert stimulus(participants were all right handed).②index of physical fitness: Adopting the Body component analyzer to record and analyze the difference before and after exercises; using Astrand sport program to measure the MaxVo2,by comparing the changes of MaxVo2 to reflect the Cardiopulmonary endurance;Body anteflexion in sitting posture to reflect the flexible ;sit-ups to reflect the strength endurance of muscle .③the POMS scale to inflect the psychology index. Tested separately①the P300 on Pz were recorded before exercise,two weeks after exercise,four weeks after exercise,six weeks after exercise and the recovery period;the P300 on Fz,Cz were recorded before exercise,after six weeks exercises and the recovery period;②the physical fitness and mood condition were tested before and after exercise.Exercise programe:experimental group one(three times per week) participated in Youthful vigour broadcast exercise for forty minutes per time(including five minutes warming up,thirty minutes basic segment,five minutes relaxation activity),three times per week,lasting for six weeks;the experimental group two followed the group one except the infrequency,group two participated for five times pre week;the control group did not participate in any regular physical activity,living as before.Results:the latency of P300 was presented shorten trend after six broadcast exercises in experimental group one,but the difference was not significant;the latency of P300 was alse presented shorten trend after six broadcast exercises in experimental group two,and the latency was shortened significantly after six weeks exercises comparing the basline(P<0.05),the same changes between after six weeks exercises and after two weeks exercises(P<0.05),moreover,the latency was shortened significeantly at recovey period comparing the basline(P<0.05); the latency of control group was presented prolonged trend,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).compared with the control group,the latency of P300 was shortened gradually along with the exercise period,but the trend was more evident in experiment group two comparing the group one.the latency of P300 on Cz site in exercise group one(three times per week)was significantly shortened after six weeks broadcast exercises comparing before exercise(P<0.05);in experiment group two,the latency of P300 were all significantly shortened on Pz,Cz,Fz sites after six weeks exercises comparing before exercise(P<0.05),and it was also significantly shortened on Pz at recovery period comparing the basline(P<0.05); the latency of P300 on three sites all did not have significant changes(P>0.05).there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).in the three groups ,the latency of P300 on Pz site was the shortest;the latency of P300 on three sites in the two experiment groups were all shortened after six broadcast exercise.②the amplitude in experiment group one were all significantly increased after six weeks exercises and the recovery period comparing after four weeks exercises(P<0.05), the amplitude in experiment group two were all significantly increased after six weeks exercises and the recovery period comparing after four weeks exercises(P<0.05),meanwhile,the amplitude in recovery period was significantly increased comparing after six weeks exercises(P<0.05),the amplitude in control group was significantly induced after four weeks exercises comparing before exercise(P<0.05).compared with the control group,the amplitude in experiment groups were increased gradually along with the exercise period,the increased trend was more significant in group two than in group one.the amplitude were all significantly increased after six weeks broadcast exercises comparing before exercise in experiment groups(P<0.05);meanwhile,the amplitude on Cz site was also significantly increased after six weeks exercises comparing before exercise in experiment group one(P<0.05).the amplitude in control group did not have sifnificantly difference.the amplitude on Pz site was the most highest,Cz site the most lowest;the amplitudes on three sites were all presented increased trend after six broadcast exercises,and the trend on Cz Fz sites were more evident than on Pz site,but the significance had no significant difference according to the independent sample T-test;the amplitude in experimental groups were all keeping increased trend in recovery period;the amplitudes on three sites in control group were all presented induced trend after six weeks.③the reaction time in experiment group one were significantly shortened after two and six weeks exercises comparing before exercise(P<0.05), the reaction time in experiment group two was significantly shortened after two weeks exercises comparing before exercise(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in control group;compared with control group,the reaction time was shortened gradually along with the exercise periods in experiment groups.only in experiment group one on Pz site the reaction time was significantly shortened after exercise comparing before exercise.the reaction time on three sites in two experiment groups were all presented shorten trend after six weeks broadcast exercises,then it graveled in recovery period,however it was still shorten comparing before exercise;the reaction time in control group were all presented prolonged trend.④the times of sit-up,the value of Body anteflexion in sitting posture,the value of MaxVo2 were all significantly increased after exercises comparing before exercise,in other words,all the physical fitness indexes were all significantly improved after six weeks different frequency broadcast exercises,but there was no significantly changes in control group.the weight, body fat mass,the rate of body fat,Body mass index,Waist hip ratio all significantly decreased after six weeks exercise in the two experiment groups(P<0.05),although the same trend in control group ,but there was no significant difference.⑤the values of five negative mood were induced after six weeks broadcast exercises in despite of the frequency,the value of positive mood was increased,the value of TMD was induced,but all the changes all had no significant difference(P>0.05).but the intense mood had significant difference between experiment groups and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:①the physical fitness and mood condition were all improved evidently after six weeks different frequency(three times per week or five times per week) Youthful vigor broadcasd exercises,there was no significant difference between the two difference frequency.the information processes of subjects were optimized after six weeks broadcast exercises,the attention resource was increased,the performance were latency shorten,the amplitude increased,the reaction time shorten.the effect of improving cognition function was more better for the experiment exercise group two than experiment exercise group one③advise the students adopt the broadcast exercise in five times per week,to benefit body,improve mental,improve intelligence.
