Observing the Seven weeks of Taiji and Nordic pace, and get their influence onauditory sense related electric potential P50and P300.Discussing the influence ofdifferent exercise modes on people’s attention to analyze the rule of electric potentialchange under body-building.Object of study: Choosing female college students ofShandong Normal University, adopt demographics feature.physical activity indexquestionnaire, selected36healthy female college students whom could meet therequirements of the experiment as the research object. All subjects were randomlydivided into①the experimental group (n=12):40min each time, three times aweek, for a period of seven weeks Nordic leapt movement;②the second groups (n=11): for40min each time, three times a week for seven weeks of Tai Chi exercise;③the third groups (n=12): no regular exercise, according to the original routine life. Methods: Respectively by the methods of literature, survey method, experimentalmethod and other research methods.Indexes:①P50test index: using NDI-092emg/induce electrical inspection diagnosis instrument of potentiometer produced byShanghai medical electronic instrument factory. Conditions-test stimulus paradigm(S1, S2paradigm) auditory sensory gating P50measurement is the most commonlyused stimulus paradigm,it give participants the same stimulus, one is called theconditioned stimulus, next one is a known as test stimulus. The interval time ofconditioned stimulus and the test stimulus is500ms, each conditional and teststimulus have10s’ interval, the voice stimulus would last0.04-0.1ms, the intensity ofclick is80-100db, usually after32-64acoustic stimulation to the testee, there wouldrecord obvious P5O waveform on a brain evoked potentiometer.Signal acquisition is0.1-300hz using band-pass, no notch filter.②P300test indicators: Using theauditory oddball mode, give right ear a voice whose target stimulus is2KHZhigh-frequency pure tone, stimulate is at a20%probability; Non-target stimulation is 1KHZ low-frequency pure tone, stimulate probability is80%. The intensity of thesound is96db. The key subjects are required to be respond quickly when stimulated.Target stimulus layers is30times.③other health indicators test: Using the south Korean Body Composition Analyzer(Vivente Body Composition Analyzer)to measure Body Composition changes beforeand after exercise; Exercise lung function using German jaeger Master Screen CPX torecord cardiopulmonary function test system;Results:(1) before and after the seven weeks of training, the index comparison ofauditory gating P50①Compare with the sensory gating P50amplitude ratio whichbefore and after seven weeks of training, tai chi group and the Nordic leapt after sevenweeks of specially trained sensory gating P50amplitude ratio was significantly lower(P <0.05) than before, recovered1week later. After group comparison, there is nosignificant difference between the three groups.(P>0.05), but after seven weeks oftraining, the tai chi group and the Nordic leapt group compared with control groupsensory gating P50amplitude ratios were significantly lower (P <0.05).②Comparethe seven weeks of sensory gating P50amplitude difference before and after thetraining, tai chi training group after seven weeks of training than before increasedsignificantly (P <0.05), recovered one week later. Comparison shows that there wasno significant difference between groups (P>0.05).③comparing the calculationvalues before and after seven weeks of training of sensory gating P50amplitude(group), it shows that compared with before, Nordic pace and tai chi group afterseven weeks of training sensory gating P50calculation formula for the amplitudevalue was significantly increased (P <0.05), but recovered one week later. Comparewith different groups, after seven weeks of training, the tai chi group and the Nordicleapt group compared with control group sensory gating P50calculation formula weresignificantly increased (P <0.05).⑵Compare the related potential P300before andafter Seven weeks of training①comparing the related potential P300amplitudebefore and after seven weeks of training,Nordic pace and tai chi group after sevenweeks of training amplitude P300are increased(P <0.05), and one week after theend of the training continues to increase, Control group had no significant change between all measurements (P <0.05). Compare with different Groups, tai chi groupall measurement and the control group were significant difference (P <0.05).②Compare the related potential P300latency period before and after seven weeks oftraining, P300latency period is significantly shortened in tai chi group after sevenweeks of measured value from the previous test than before (P <0.05), but a weekafter having been significantly increased (P <0.05). There are no significantdifference between control group and the Nordic pace set(P>0.05).Compare withdifferent Groups, there is no significant differences among three groups (P>0.05).③Compare the reaction time of P300related potential before and after sevenweeks of training. The comparison shows that both the Nordic pace or tai chi groupwith P300reaction time gradually shortened, the Nordic leapt group compared withthe measured value before have significant difference since fifth week (P <0.05), andcontinue to one week later after the training over (P <0.05); There Tai chi groupcompared with the measured value before have significant difference (P <0.05) sincethe seventh week, and continue to one week later(P <0.05).Compare with each group, tai chi group all measured value and the control group have significant differences (P<0.05), while northern leapt group after seven weeks show significant differencebetween measured value and the control group (P <0.05).(3)Compare the body composition test results before and after seven weeks of trainingwhich is showed that there is no significant difference among three groups after sevenweeks on fat percentage (P>0.05); Body mass index (BMI) get significantly lower (P<0.05); Tai chi group and the control group waist-to-hip ratio (WHR) had nosignificant difference (P>0.05), the Nordic WHR present pace group wassignificantly lower (P <0.05). Comparison between groups have no significantdifference (P>0.05).Conclusions:(1) seven weeks of tai chi chuan training andseven weeks of Nordic pace training have very good promotion on sensory gating P50,taijiquan training pace training benefits may be superior than northern Europe.Showing sensory gating functions in the general population has certain trainability,And the training efficiency is reversible.⑵the influence of tai chi chuan and Nordicpace training on event related potential P300component is the same, all show the amplitude increases, the incubation period is shorten, shorten reaction time. And thismovement gains after a certain role. Emerged from movement efficiency and durationin the morning and evening, seems to be the Nordic pace training more obviousinfluence on the P300.
