Preschool education has attracted unprecedented attention ofpeople with National Medium and Long-Term Educational Reform andDevelopment Program’s (2010-2020) implementation. SeveralOpinions on the Current Development of Preschool Education of StateCouncil put forward that the construction of kindergartens incountries should be paid great attention to and that the constructionof preschool teachers should be done from many aspects. What ismore, the implementation of national training program for preschoolteachers provides more measures for promoting qualities ofpreschool teachers and professional development of preschoolteachers.The paper studies professional development of kindergartenteachers in the countries from the aspect of life history, taking thelife experience of the teacher as the warp, and comprehensivelyshows the family life, study life and career life of the subject; ittakes the key incidents and key persons that appear in the life of theteacher as the weft, and deeply analyzes the role of family, schooleducation and other workers who work in the kindergarten in influencing the professional development of the subject. And basedon these studies, the paper also deeply analyzes the factors thatrestrict professional development of the subject from the factorsof individual and environment.Through analysis, it is found that life experience of the subjectgreatly influences her professional development, and that the senseof independent development is the main thread of her professionaldevelopment. The pre-vocation training and post-vocation trainingplay a positive role on professional develpoment of the teacher fromthe aspect of environment, and that negative factors such astraditional culture and weak culture environment of the kindergartenrestrict the development of the subject; and it is also found that fromthe aspect of individual, the conscience of teachers can makepreschool teachers adhere to the preschool education, and thatlong-time cold emotional experience, the conflict on preschooleducation of teachers and Jaap Luo Shi Spirit are factors that forcepreschool teachers to leave the career of preschool education.Through the case study, this paper can provide the followingenlightenments: the country’s paying attention to the preschooleducation is timely assistance for professional development of ruralpreschool teachers. Under such favorable circumstance, peopleshould focus on the life of rural preschool teachers, and respect thecareer—preschool teachers; the central government、the localgovernment and even the kindergartens must provide practical helpfor the professional development of rural preschool teacher. Besides,it is hoped that rural preschool teachers should improve theirprofessional quality, standardize their professional action to promote the professional development through their own efforts so that thedevelopment of rural preschool education can be advanced.
