Junior middle school students’ anti-school culture is a kind of student subculture phenomenon that is opposite to the school culture and it is a component of the school culture. This study takes E school in Linfen as the case, determining the reliability and necessity. By the junior middle school students’ anti-school culture phenomenon description, the essay explores the reason of the junior middle school students’ anti-school culture behaviors. On this basis, objectively analyze the impact of the junior middle school students’ anti-school culture, and make strategic thinking in dealing with the issue of junior high school anti-school culture.The full text is divided into five parts. The first part focused primarily on the establishment of the junior middle school students’ anti-school culture and the existing research results. The second part is about the description of the phenomenon of junior middle school students’anti-school culture according to the first-hand information the author collected from the fieldwork. The third part is to make the chase for analysis based on the phenomenon of exposed problems, mainly from the social transition period, the value of shock school education system disorders, family and personal factors, combined with "subculture theory""tag theory""social anomie theory" and other related theories in detail; The fourth part talks about the influence of junior middle school students’ anti-school culture objectively and deeply and obtains that it has two sides. On threatening the values of junior middle school students, moral values formation, physical and mental health development and weakening the education effect, it also has the effect of promoting on the students’ survival ability and school education system. The fifth part is making strategic thinking on how to cope with the junior middle school students’ anti-school culture behaviors and tries to put forward the following suggestions: First, school and society cooperate fully and correctly guide students’ culture. Second, improve school culture value system and reconstruct the junior middle school students’ concept of value. Third, strengthen cooperation of school and family and pursue a good family education method. The "junior middle school students’ anti-school culture" research intended to correct understanding of junior middle school students’ anti-school culture, interpret its underlying meaning, affirm its positive role, improve or eliminate its negative effect and build a harmonious school culture. These beneficial discussion has important and far-reaching significance for a future masters of the society the growth of adolescents, the school development and the future of the Chinese nation.
