The phenomenon of secondary vocational school students' anti-school culture has always existed in school education,but it has been neglected in the field of educational research.This study is concerned about this phenomenon,trying to understand this cultural aspect,with a view to helping schools to build campus culture and promote positive development of secondary vocational school students.In this paper,the relevant research results of anti school culture are summarized,and the connotation,structure and influence of anti school culture are expounded and analyzed in detail.In the research process,the author takes the students of the Y secondary professional normal college as the base point of the study,taking the daily life of the students as the point of view,according to the daily behavior and performance of the students,to explore the deep reasons of the anti school culture,and on this basis,the guiding strategy is put forwardThis article is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction,which describes the background and significance of the research,collate the achievements and shortcomings of relevant research,and explain the research design.The second part is a detailed introduction to research sites,research schools and research classes.The third part is an empirical study.The author first understands the basic situation of the Y school,and then through observation and interview and other methods to investigate and analyze the students of the Y school,and summarize the behavior of the secondary vocational students' anti school culture.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for secondary vocational students' anti school culture from the perspective of society,family and themselves according to the survey results.On the basis of the above,the fifth part puts forward strategies to guide secondary vocational school students to actively transform their school culture.The thesis found that these secondary vocational students are a group of children free from the mainstream culture of the school all the time and had deep-rooted resistance to theauthority of school education.As an educator,we shoulder the mission of teaching and educating people.We should reflect on the school education actively and seek effective guidance strategies to bring them back on the right track of mainstream culture.
