School rules are necessary for the normal operation of the school,which is of great significance to maintain the normal order of the school.In recent years,all kinds of ridiculous school rules appeared frequently.In particular,some junior high school rules appear anti-education phenomenon.It violated education-related laws,contrary to the laws of physical and mental development of junior high school students,and depart from the original intention of education.It is imperative to reverse the phenomenon of anti-education in junior high school school rules.In order to study the phenomenon of anti-education in junior school rules and their implementation,I take two junior high schools in G County,An yang City as survey objects,carrying out the investigation from three aspects:the formulation of school rules,the contents of school rules and the implementation of school rules,using interview method,questionnaire method and text analysis method.It was found that the phenomenon of anti-education in the formulation of school regulations mainly includes:lack of legal basis for school regulation,lack of democratic participation of teachers and students in the formulation of school rules,and provision of temporary school regulations;The phenomenon of anti-education in the content of the school regulations is as follows:no close contact between the opposite sex,school's excessive control of dress and hairstyle,and the prohibition of students' normal activities to ensure their safety;The phenomenon of anti-education in the implementation of junior high school regulations is that schools lack effective promotion of school rules,teachers prefer punishing to teaching when implementing school regulations,teachers have corporal punishment behavior and disguised corporal punishment behavior in the implementation of school regulations.Analyzing the causes of the anti-education phenomenon in the junior school regulations and their implementation,the internal reasons are mainly school administrators'one-sided understanding of school regulations,lacking of democracy in the formulation process.Some teachers have poor ability to implement school regulations.External reasons include the absence of educational laws and regulations,lack of strict supervision and correct guidance by educational authorities,and the influence of utilitarianism and impetuousness in society.In order to transform the phenomenon of anti-education in junior high school rules and their implementation,the following suggestions are made:the education authority shall strengthen the supervision of junior high school rules;The school implements the student-oriented concept in school rules.Teachers and students participate in the formulation of the school rules so that the school rules are reasonable.In junior high school rules,the details of life detail and communication detail are reduced,giving students moderate freedom.Schools need to promote school regulations through various ways.Teachers should use the right of punish rationally.Teachers should pay attention to cultivate students' discipline spirit and self-discipline.
