Interviews with experts and front-line track and field coach; to obtain first-hand information for research; using simple random sampling method, Chongqing City Middle School track and field team results, the more prominent coaches, athletes of the questionnaire survey, includesbackground checks and training relevant aspects of the investigation.According to the survey results on the status of the Chongqing Municipal Secondary School track and field team learning and training related factors, pointing out that the degree of Chongqing City Middle School track and field team coaches, age result is positive, treat training, but own a professional sports experience, as well as full-timelevel phenomenon. Coaches despite the mechanism is the lack of competition, lack of job training. Coaches treatment is not high, is not sufficient to develop training plans and programs, the purpose of training is relatively simple lack of comprehensiveness, did not consider the persistence of post-development and sports training. Athletes participating in the training level is not high, uneven results, learning and training is serious tension. School lax management of the training team, parents of the child to participate in training teams to understand wins, resulting in learning and training for training members of the lack of actual intervention behavior. School track and field training objectives of a single positioning, and many more results of the work of coaches and school sports, the lack of multi-level multi-stage considerations.Proposed to implement a new mechanism of appointment of track and field training, to strengthen the training of coaches, as well as training objectives and plans to implement the assessment system, accurate positioning of the track and field work objectives and improve the selection of coaches, the training level of consciousness, the athlete after selectionthe success or failure to do post-scheme of arrangement, and post-student achievement did not meet are not allowed to participate in training, education, schools, and parents of students of the learning and training to make timely judgments, and recommendations for long-term development of students.
