With the rapid development of economic and the complexity of social relations, the publics can not avoid crisis which may occur any time, not to mention celebrities with high awareness, positive social influence and organizational context. Only have they acquired some tactics and skills, can they cope with impacts and damages that brought by crisis.Unfortunately,celebrities always pay little attention to the crisis, needless to say dealing with it. Proper-handled crisis can not only help them turn "crises" into "chances", but also give them an opportunity to enhance their "reputation". Otherwise, crisis will destroy the image of celebrities, and then have a further impact on a region, a area even a whole country.This article is based on public relations crisis of celebrities image management. First of all, we defined the range of celebrities and then summed up characteristics and classification of public relations crisis; Secondly, through four different perspectives, we described in detail the history of celebrity crises and existing problems; Finally, we made some tactics and skills in dealing with PR crisis from macro and micro parts separately.During the analysis, the article made a more comprehensive and complete study, breaking many imitations comparing with the past research of PR crisis on celebrities which is neither comprehensive nor system enough. In addition to providing full and complete tactics and skills for celebrities, this article also trying to make some improvements in the relevant theoretical research. |
