In this paper, I studied the first chapter of high school physics elective3-1"the Electrostatic Field", from the Wang Houxiong school case 《the Completely Interpreted Textbook》, based on the knowledge of physical education, cognitive psychology and physical scientific methods. I classified the contents of the book into two parts:the acquisition of physical knowledge and the application of physical knowledge, regarding the physical scientific methods as the main line. I re-sorted out the knowledge of the Electrostatic Field by way of manifesting the scientific methods. In this paper, I had access to the clear direction and selected the appropriate theoretical basis after the in-depth, detailed study of large amounts of data, through the theoretical analysis. The re-sorted structure of knowledge is more in line with students’cognitive structure. It was helpful for students to construct a complete and orderly structure of knowledge and to achieve good learning results.This article was divided into seven parts:The first part introduced the brief background of the study of "the Electrostatic Field" knowledge, the domestic research in the field and the design of this study.The second part discussed the theoretical basis of this study, both from the cognitive learning theory and the physical scientific methods.The third part studied the acquisition part of "the Electrostatic Field" knowledge. It included the knowledge structure map of the electrostatic field, the re-sorted contents of knowledge acquisition and the conclusions of the study. The study constructed a knowledge structure through five main physical scientific methods to meet the students’ cognitive characteristics.The fourth part studied the application part of "the Electrostatic Field" knowledge. It included the knowledge application map of the electrostatic field, the re-sorted contents of knowledge application and the conclusions of the study. It ran through ten major physical scientific methods.The fifth part dealed with a comprehensive discussion. It introduced the advantages of the combing knowledge structure of the electrostatic field compared with the Wang Houxiong case.The sixth part summarized the conclusions of this study from two aspects:the acquisition of knowledge and the application of knowledgeThe seventh part proposed teaching suggestions according to the findings of this thesis.
