Rugby is a worldwide project,the world now has118countries, the practical implementation of this sport, there are96countries to become a member of the World Rugby Board. Following theOlympics and football World Cup, the world’s third largest sports. The author basedon the attention and participation of the Chinese football over the years for theComparative Study of China before and after the Olympics football development,through interviews, questionnaires, comparative study method, the empirical analysis,systems analysis method, combined with the current international developments, tofootball and the country’s official local administration level of protection, in-depthstudy of the development status of football in the Olympics, the number of the currentfootball team, the quality of the condition and source of the sports team, the overalllevel of situation, the provincial and municipal sports teamsthe level of protection, thedevelopment model of the provincial sports teams, coaches, status, team building,international and domestic technical and tactical characteristics of in-depth research toidentify specific factors restricting the development of China’s rugby, and analysis inChina after the Olympicsrugby what a powerful factor. The advantages anddisadvantages of the existence of rugby development, and analysis and research tofind a solution to the problem, this worked out the way one is more suitable for thedevelopment of Chinese football movement.
