Research On The Strategies Of Improving Middle School Principal Leadership

There are three sections of the leadership description, including the definition ofthe president leadership; the leadership issue existed in Middle School and somerecommendation for the leadership improvement.This paper includes introduction,3articles of body and conclusion. First, thebackground, significance and enterprising of the research are stated, the content&method are also introduced here. Secondary, the definition, constitution andsignificance are explained in it. Third, the issues about leadership of Middle schoolpresident and its cause, the leadership condition, current issues and its causes areexplained. The condition of current Middle school president’s leadership is stated andit is also pointed out the issues existed in decision-making aspect, implement aspect,teambuilding aspect, communication aspect with their causes. At last, therecommendations for the leadership improvement is given as follows, some actionplan and recommendation for the improvement are given, such as some actions ofimproving the decision-making ability (Researching the policy deeper, focusing onthe investment, creative mind building and lessons from experience), actions ofimproving the implement ability (Personal quality improving, policy building up,perfecting the audit system, build a excellent culture), actions ofteambuilding(2-ways management system, improving evaluation system, improvingthe distribution system, focus on the life of personnel and enhancing the teamcoordination), actions of improving the communication ability(Enhance theunderstanding of communication, broaden the channels of communication, methodsof communication learning, improving and following up, etc. And then, the mainpoints of this article are summarized, and the shortcomings of article are also pointedout.This paper is to point out the issue and its cause of the president leadership bystudying the current situation of Middle School President. The object is to find a wayof improving the Middle School President’s leadership and also provide a theoryreference for improving the leadership of Middle School President.
