The entrance to city of peasant workers is can be considered as the transition from traditional society to modern society. The social structure change will inevitably bring about the individual and social network evolution. This article, based on the previous documents, presented individual center network evolution of peasant workers, discussing social network formation and evolution of peasant workers in the city. Inspired by " Odd target guide" and" my" concept and forest south" affective action" and" instrumental action" concept of Martin Duff and Cai Wenbin, the author pays attention to peasant workers’interpersonal relationship model to study the individual behavior of peasant workers under the social relation network effect. The author has also proposed the use of emotion" and" reason drive", two concepts of peasant workers in the city of individual social network evolution.The author thinks peasant workers’social network in the process of evolution, occurred in the first place is the emotion-motivated social network extension and reconstruction, the next is reason-motivated social relationship network construction, and the two process is a mutual penetration, crisscross coexist, and even mutual transformation. Emotion-motivated network process contains a reason-motivated network in the process of absorbing the emotion.However, social and institutional factors (lack of organizational support, suffered the employment pressure, shortage of an institution to protect) and capital factors (social capital, wealth and Human Capital Limited) were the main obstacles for the peasant workers to establish social network.
