Research On The Socialized Supply Of Rural Endowment Services In Guangxi Provice

Aging populatian has been an serious problem in our courty,and it is bringingus a huge challenge with the endowment service career;at the same time,thefunction of traditional services from family has been weakened and the new perfectpension system still not be established,so it turn out that the old people’s welfaredemand can not be meet,and the situation has been worse in rural area. The theoryof social welfare socialization is put forward based on the following background:the rural aging population gradually be serious、the contradiction between supplyand demand for elderly welfare services has become severe、 the shortage ofwelfare fund waiting to be solved、the NPO develop quikely and the reform ofsocial welfare system are carry out around the world and so on.The developmentidea of social welfare socialization complied with the development of the situationin the future which clear the development direction for the welfare service career inour courty.Based on the theory of social welfare socialization and taking Guangxias an example,this thesis mainly argues the socialized supply of welfare service forthe elderly pepole through many kinds of research methods such as literaturereview, data analysis and empirical analysis and so on. The piont is to analyze thecurrent condition of supply and demand of the rural endowmet services through theneeds-supply model in Guangxi,and come to a conclusion that the endowmentservices are facing supply、capitaland service troubles which lead to the imbalancebetween supply and demand for the elderly welfare service. In the end, based onthe actual situation of the rural elderly people and the traditional concept ofinherent in Guangxi provice, the thesis puts forward the correspondingcountermeasures, namely, to establish a new social endowment system called"Aged-care at home ".
