Study On The Supply Model Of Rural Public Cultural Services In West China

Report of the 16th National Congress Party said: " In today' s world,cuture integrating with economic and polity is getting more and more prominent in the comprehensive national strenth competition. " At a long time, the development of rural economy is slow in the western region and it' s spiritual and cultural life is now seriously behind.How to effectively improve the supply efficiency of the public cultural services in western rural areas and to find a suitable way of the cultural supply is not only related to the economic and cultural development,also related to the country' s stability and long-term safy. " China' s western region " including 12 provinces (autonomousregions):Xinjiang,InnerMongolia,Shaanxi,Ningxia,Gansu,Qinghai,Tibet,Sichuan,Gui zhou,Yunnan,Guangxi andChongqing with nearly 1/4 of the population and 72% of the land area.This area is sparsely populated and rich in resources and it is the imptortant strategic base in the country.It has an important geopolitical value,which with regions where minority nationalities live in compact communities,poverty in mountainous areas,old revolutionary base,border areas and nature reserves.It is in a very important position in our national economic construction.This paper is focused on the supply model of public cultural services in China' s western rural areas.It uses many methods such as documents,interview,questionnail research and comparative research,etc,studies the scientific definition and classification of public cultural services combined with the geographical characteristics of the western rural areas,deeply analyzes it's situation of demand and supply of public cultural services.Also learns from the practical experience that including market-oriented,multi-supply of foreign and domestic,puts forward the multi-supply model of public cultural services in western rural areas.On this basis,it makes a rational analysis on a variety of the main bodies of the public cultural services;discusses the difficulties and favorable factors,finally explores the supply channels of multi-model for the public cultural services in the western rural areas.
