Study On Rural Public Sports Service Supply In Jinzhai County,Old Revolutionary Base Area

With the issuance of the opinions on supporting the revitalization and development of old revolutionary base areas in the new era and the proposal of the14 th five year plan,public sports serve as an important issue in the development of the new era,it plays a more and more important role in promoting the development of China in the new period.In the context of the development of the new era,focusing on rural construction and development,there always exist resistance and contradiction.The 19 th CPC National Congress pointed out that,China’s urban and rural development is uneven and rural development is not substantial,it has become a realistic problem to be solved urgently in the main contradictions of today’s society.Rural public sports services are marginalized in public services,It is also the weakest link.Break the "Age of food and clothing" state of rural public sports clothing supply,Moving towards a well-off era of public sports services,It can narrow the gap between urban and rural areas to a certain extent.At present,there are still some factors in the rural areas of old revolutionary base areas,such as backward economic development and uncoordinated public services,make the development of rural public sports services in old areas more prominent.Therefore,on the basis of the revitalization and development of the old revolutionary base areas,Focusing on the development of the physical and mental health of the people in the old areas,the necessity and importance of improving rural public sports services in old revolutionary base areas are undeniable.This study mainly adopts questionnaire survey method,literature method,interview method and other research methods,the purpose is to understand the current situation and existing problems of rural public sports service supply in Jinzhai County,provide some suggestions on the improvement of the supply of public sports services in Jinzhai County,to improve the supply of rural public sports services in Jinzhai County,The conclusions and suggestions are as follows.Applications: The residents of the revolutionary old district Jinzhai County should improve their enthusiasm for participating in physical exercise,lack of funding for public sports services;The policy system needs improved,the regulatory plan represents the general phenomenon of generalization,the number of sports stadium facilities is insufficient,and the diversity is poor;the number of social sports instructors is not enough,and there is a shortage of professional talents.The construction of sports organizations is insufficient,and there is a lack of public sports activities.Ads from sports information services are not in place.The coverage of the fitness monitoring service is low;Quantitatively,the four main factors affecting rural public sports services in Jinzhai County,a pre-revolutionary area,are equipment and personnel,service management and political support,satisfaction with public sports services,and personal awareness.The interaction with each other is not independent,and the weight of substances and human factors represents a large proportion.Proposal: Establish a multi-channel fund-raising mechanism for supply funds,Rely on red tourism to deeply tap the potential of market and social movement;Improve relevant supporting policies and systems;Establish the publicity mechanism of public sports information and enrich the content of sports information;Establish a promotion mechanism for rural public sports information in Jinzhai County and enrich the content of advertising;Establish a training mechanism for social sports instructors and increase the number of social sports instructors;Strengthen the attention and management of sports organization construction and cultivation;Relying on the advantages of old revolutionary base areas to develop sports with local characteristics;Improve the rural physique monitoring service in Jinzhai County and formulate a scientific fitness plan.
