A Study On The Defect And The Cultivation Strategy Of The Independent Personality Of Adolescen

Adolescents are shouldering the expectations of parents，the futureof the motherland，and the hope of the nation. To achieve the mission ofcontemporary’s adolescents is depending on their independent personality.The cultivation of the independent personality of adolescent is the need ofadolescent’s health development，also the objective requirement of deepenthe reform of education and promoting the development of socialistmarket economy. The present situation of the independent personality ofadolescents are not optimistic，the defect of the independent personalityalso exists in many adolescents. How to cultivate the independentpersonality of adolescents is the problem that parents，schools and thewhole society want to solve urgently.This paper is based on education，psychology，elaborates the relatedconcept of the independent personality of adolescent，reveals the presentsituation of personality status of contemporary adolescent，analyses theproblems such as self consciousness，moral decline，distortion of values，difference of ability of autonomous learning and daily life. This paperpoints out that the main reasons of the defect of the independentpersonality of adolescent are the stage characteristics of physicaldevelopment of adolescents，the change of parent-child relationship， theimplementation of examination-oriented education and the transition ofpolitics and economics. And This paper also discuss basic principle of thecultivation of the independent personality of adolescent， put forwardsome strategy to realize the cultivation of the independent personality ofadolescent，such as improving the family atmosphere，optimizing thesocial environment， strengthen school education， improving thecultivation of adolescents.
