Educational reform and development plan (2010-2012) stressed the need to strengthen the construction of teachers and develop teachers’ professional. Currently the focus of the majority of Teachers in Higher Education Reform is to develop a specialized literacy teachers, teachers should have both the knowledge and ability that is the system of theoretical knowledge and skilled teaching ability. Video cases had been a wide range of applications and research as an emerging tool for classroom teaching skills training. With the continuous development of IT, we concerned how to use video technology makes more efficient training effect. Therefore, this study tried to put forward the the training model of preservice teachers’ classroom teaching skills based on the video identification system, and verify its feasibility and effectiveness.This thesis mainly adopts literature, questionnaire, case studies and interviews survey of four research methods to carry out research. The thesis is divided into five parts as follows:(1) Introduction. It described the research background of this article, the concept of classroom teaching skills, the purpose of this study, content, research methods and technology route.(2) Related research foundation. First it clarified the research status of pre-service teachers’ classroom teaching skills training methods and the research status of video case in teacher education of the applications from domestic and abroad. Then it analyzed the feasibility of video identification system using in the pre-service teachers’ classroom teaching skills development from a theoretical point of view.(3)The design of training model based on the video identification system. In this part we discussed design principles of the model and explained the elements of mode and went on to build the mode. Finally, we summarized the characteristics of the model.(4) The empirical research of the Nurturing model as education technology professional students for example. First, it described the idea of the implementation, and described in detail the development process of educational technology students’ classroom teaching skills with the learning of import skills for example. Then we collected data from three facts that the record sheet of pre-service teachers’ learning, teaching practice results and interviews. At last, we analyzed data using T-test and correlation analysis and went to draw conclusions that the video identification system is more efficient for the development of pre-service teachers’ classroom teaching skills. Based on the data analysis results we proposed several suggestions of classroom teaching skills development.(5) Summary and Outlook. This part summarized the main contribution of this paper and looked forward to the future research directions.
