With the network and video technology having been introduced into the fieldof education, more and more scholars research on classroom teaching video.Educational researchers have begun to use video technology to record the livevideo of teaching, so as to be able to study classroom teaching from multipleangles over and over again. In recent years, the teaching video resources isbecoming the mainstream of promoting teacher professional development in theform of resources. It can reproduce the real teaching situation. The users canwatch it like reading comic books, speed freely in every detail of the behavior ofteachers and students focus on the identity of class a bystander, for after-schoolreflection and analysis provides the teachers with the most detailed videoevidence.With the combination of classroom teaching evaluation system and videoslice technique, the user can evaluate the behavior of teachers and students at anysome time when he/she watches the video. The classroom video can not onlysolve the complex and dynamic problems, is also a kind of improved evaluationof the traditional classroom teaching mode.Evaluation of classroom teaching video slice technique based on system,which aims to design a system based on network platform. The core functions ofthe system are the analysis of interactive behavior of teachers and students,classroom teaching time distribution and type frequency of teacher questioning,comprehensive evaluation of classroom teaching from the point of the view ofpersonal evaluation and others. The users can cut fragment and classify, searchthe teaching video. It can provide correct, effective reflection method and way forteachers, with more significant help and guidance on educational practice in viewof their own right, and be objective, scientific, comprehensive and accurateevaluation of classroom teaching.
