The Research On Eduation Of The Chinese College Students Civic Consciousness Under The Guidance Of The Socialist Core Value System

"Decision" at the17th session of the party’s sixth plenary conference raised:" we must strengthen the guidance, enhance the social consensus, innovative the methods, improve the system guarantee, blend the socialism core value system into the whole course of the national education, spiritual civilization construction and the party’s construction process". Citizenship education is the important means of the core value system of socialist to "internalize in heart and extend in action". Guiding by the socialism core value system, the national who commonly have citizenship is one of the important signs of social progress, which will be a great push forward for the development of the country and society. As the premise and basis of ideological and political education college students, citizenship education will play a most important role in the fashioning the ideal faith of college students who are the main force of the socialism construction in the future, the civil consciousness education for them has particularly important significance. The whole paper includes the following five parts:The first part briefly summarizes the purpose and significance of this paper, mainly analyzes the current situation of research about college students’ citizen consciousness education both home and abroad, especially gives a literature review to the relationship between the socialism core value system and college students’ citizenship consciousness education, and the author on this basis works out the train of thought, method and innovations in writing this article.The second part saparately summarizes a series of concepts such as citizen, civic education and the citizenship consciousness education mainly from the angle of history and theory respective and on the basis of the conclusion and refining, forms the connotation of college students’ citizen consciousness education, then under the revelation of foreign citizen consciousness education’s beneficial experience comes to the conclusion that the socialism core value system with the leading of the college students’ education of civic consciousness should include five aspects, namely state and national consciousness, right and responsibility consciousness, liberty and law consciousness, equality and justice consciousness, moral and civilization consciousness.The third part focuses on the investigation and statistical analysis of citizen consciousness education for college students to, tries to acknowledge the present situation of college students’ citizenship education by means of questionnaire survey, and carries out the analysis and digging of the problems and difficulties of college students’ civic consciousness education, so that we can adopt effective, workable measures to deal with it.The forth part starts from the four aspects of socialism core value system, deeply digs the inner relationship between the socialism core value system and college students, seeks the unity of nature of them, and on this basis, the authors hopes that with the excellent, advanced group of college students’ help we can expand the socialism core value system influence, and enhance its leading effects, which will lays a solid foundation for all citizens to "internalizes in heart of extend to the line" this advanced theory system. This section is the logical extension of the whole paper.Based on the emphasis on the necessity of leading college students’ citizen consciousness education with socialism core value system, the fifth part tries to explore a series of measures to explore implement the college students’ citizenship consciousness education from both the thought and practice paths, trying to find the scientific、reasonable and effective education method so as to achieve the purpose of writing.
