Study On College Students’ Citizen Moral Education System Construct Under The Guidance Of Core Socialist Values

Since the Reform and Opening, the economy of our country has leapt forward in these years. However, China’s lack of citizen moral phenomenon has continued to emerge. Caused all sectors of society thinking of our country citizen moral education effectiveness. Currently, the Communist Party of China proposed if we want enhance the relevance and effectiveness of our country citizen moral education, the education must based on “core socialist values”. In the study, as the “economic globalization”, “value pluralism”, and “information technology” background, relies on “core socialist values” has relation to university students’ “citizen moral cognition”, “moral emotions”,and “moral behavior”, Focus on reasoning that the demonstration of persons citizen moral needs of “core socialist values” guide them understanding their personal goals, social goals as well as national goals. As the same time, constructed a new college students citizen education system which lead by “core socialist values”, Give full play to the leading function of “core socialist values”, to improve our country students’ citizen education’s effectiveness.The theoretical foundation and issues path raised in that: firstly, through to analysis of the core concepts, we put forward the connection of “core socialist values” and college students’ citizen moral education, to investigate the feasibility and necessity of “core socialist values” lead to college students’ citizen moral education. Secondly, puts the guidance of the core values in the study of citizen moral education’s transverse and longitudinal development, to look for experience and enlightenment what we can learn. The third, analysis of the data which offered by questionnaire and field trips, we believe that students’ citizen moral need to further improve, recognition of “core socialist values” and citizen moral level of quality exist relevance. Finally, put forward the college students’ citizen moral education system which leads by “core socialist values”.First of all, if we use “core socialist values” to lead college students’ moral education, we must know “core socialist values” is the inherent need to college students enhance the moral cognition and internalize the dominant social ethics. Next, our citizen moral education exist some problems, such as educational goals generalization, educational path do not meet the educational content and the lack of universal moral restraint mechanism. What’s more? To solution these questions, our education must guide in “core socialist values”, constructing “A basic, four mechanisms” college students’ moral education. Under the guidance of “core socialist values”, college students’ moral education will achieve their educational function.
