The balance of development of information technology and physical education means innovation was broken, which drive us to use the advanced technology to reform and innovation the physical education policy.In this study, the CAI volleyball tactical teaching software design and applica-tion for the study, mainly adopt some method such as collect1literature data, expert interviews survey, observation, and software engineering methods and other research methods to collect the CAI in teaching concepts, the development of domestic and foreign, volleyball tactics research and CAI in the application of physical education. In conclusion, based on the results of previous studies, and communicate with teach-ers who participation in primary education, from the actual needs, according to the characteristics of volleyball tactics curriculum, designed the structure of the teaching aids software, wrote the script of software, and used to prepare the material. Then used the programming language Visual Basic6.0produced the teaching aid software. Finally, test and modify the software product and release. The volleyball tactical software can improve the teaching methods and means to improve the quality of teaching and promote the reform of professional volleyball college sports curriculum has a certain theoretical and technical reference value.
