Study On Technical And Tactical Teaching Of Volleyball Class In High School In Kaifeng City In The Background Of New Curriculum Mark

Volleyball,with its rich skills and strong antagonism,has been widely welcomed and favored by young students.It has become a common physical education course in senior high schools.At present,urban high school in accordance with the ?ordinary high school sports and health curriculum standard(Experiment)?requirements,make teaching plans according to the teaching activities of volleyball,volleyball class,but the tactics as the core content of volleyball teaching,the teaching effect is yet to be further research and evaluation system.The article is titled “Study on Technical and Tactical Teaching of Volleyball Classes in High Schools in Kaifeng Urban Area under the Background of the New Curriculum Standard”.It is to use the volleyball class in the urban high schools in Kaifeng as the research object?using the literature?questionnaires?interviews?and mathematical statistics.After briefly discussing the requirements of the new curriculum standards for high school volleyball teaching,the present situation of the technical and tactical teaching of the high school volleyball class in Kaifeng urban area was analyzed from the aspects of teaching objectives?contents?method?plans?assessments?and results.Kaifeng City was also discussed.The influencing factors of teachers,venues,facilities,attitudes and enthusiasm of teachers faced by the technical and tactical teaching in the high school volleyball class in the district were summarized based on the existing problems in the technical and tactical teaching,and finally targeted solutions were proposed.The article mainly draws the following conclusions:First,the Kaifeng urban high school volleyball curriculum aims to enhance students' skills and tactics mastery and application ability as their core goals,Technical teaching is based on basic hand types?basic footwork?start-up serve?frontal-hands-folding?front-passing?strong-smashing?single-blocking? and off-putting;Tactical teaching is mainly based on the “secondary and second”offensive tactics? the “one to two” offensive tactics? the receiving defensive tactics?and the interception and returning ball defensive tactics.The second is that the technical and tactical teaching of the high school volleyball class in Kaifeng urban area emphasizes the combination of teaching methods of traditional explanations,demonstrations,and repeated training with the currently popular methods of autonomy,cooperation,and inquiry teaching.There has been some innovation,and the semester is generally established.Teaching planning and class-time teaching plan,pre-arranged for technical and tactical teaching of volleyball class.Third,the evaluation of the technical and tactical teaching of the high school volleyball class in Kaifeng urban area is mainly based on teacher evaluation.The assessment of student's course performance is based on skills,physical fitness,attitude and attendance.Most students think that the teaching effect of this course is reflected in the two aspects of enriching the knowledge of volleyball and enhancing the sports skills.In general,it is considered that the teaching of technology and tactics of volleyball courses is not effective.Fourth,the technical and tactical teaching of the high school volleyball class is affected by factors such as teachers?venues? facilities?leadership attitudes? and enthusiasm of teachers.However,all the factors currently facing the high school volleyball class in Kaifeng urban area are not optimistic.Fifth,there are still some problems in the technical and tactical teaching of the high school volleyball class in the Kaifeng urban area.There is still a certain gap between the volleyball teaching plan and the new curriculum requirements.The teaching is out of the expected plan and the content is not perfect and the process is not standardized.The shortage of teachers and the lack of space are not enough.Objectively affect the quality of volleyball teaching,students and leaders do not attach importance and teachers do not actively weaken the quality of teaching again.In light of the existing problems in the technical and tactical teaching of the Kaifeng urban high school volleyball class,the article suggests that schools should be deeply aware of the importance of the new curriculum guidance in the development of the teaching plan for volleyball classes.The new curriculum requirements should be used to formulate volleyball lesson level teaching plans and module teaching.Plan and unit teaching plan to ensure the integrity and quantifiable measurability of teaching objectives,systematic and hierarchical teaching content,student autonomy,cooperation,inquiry of teaching methods,consistency of teaching assessment content and teaching objectives,and evaluation The diversity of the subject.Schools should incorporate volleyball classes into the school curriculum supervision system.The leaders in charge of stylistic work should set up a special school sports management team.Teachers are required to submit teaching plans before class and random sampling,on-site lectures,and student interviews are used in class.The teaching is standardized.After the class,interviews and teacher evaluation forms are used to investigate the students' attitudes to teaching,teaching methods,and teaching effectiveness.Teachers' effective supervision is thus formed.Schools should introduce teachers who have a professional background in volleyball or experience in volleyball.Volleyball training should be conducted for other professional backgrounds and physical education teachers who are engaged in other sports.Volleyball teaching ability should be cultivated to solve the problem of shortage of volleyball teachers.In addition,the school must purchase more volleyball and mobile volleyball nets,and strengthen the management of volleyball and courts.It also needs to strengthen the planning of volleyball class sizes and volleyball class time and improve the efficiency of the use of site resources.The education departments of Henan Province and Kaifeng City should formulate more detailed and clear plans for the development of high school sports and health curriculum,and require that all high schools strictly follow the plan to promote physical education in schools.Later,they should also use round robin investigations,annual visits,and teaching assessments.Form,supervise the implementation of the school's sports and health curriculum development program.
