The standard for the general public high school sports and health curriculum (experiment) makes a new division and detailed provision of the goal and content of high school sports and healthy curriculum. The goal is set in five aspects, including sports participation, sport skill, physical health, mental health and social adaptation. At the same time, according to the five aspects of the target, corresponding specific target is set. Correspondingly, the content of the sports and health course is changed, Then, in the ten-year implementation of the standard, how well the knowledge of sports and health has been mastered? Is the formulary target of the standard able to realize? Have the functions of physical education and health course been fully played? What problems exist in the implementation process? They are all worthy of our study and discussion. This thesis focuses on the physical health to conduct this survey, trying to learn about how well high school student have mastered about the contents of physical health in the part. And based on this, puts forward the improvement proposal for reference.From a theoretical point of view, the study focus on the high school students to analyse physical health knowledge learning condition. It was combined with the" standard" analysis of high school students physical health knowledge learning situation, broadening the research content, making the sports knowledge learning for high school students study richer and more comprehensive. From a practical point of view, this research can provide a practical basis to the high school physical education, physical education curriculum content design, physical education, carrying out of extracurricular sports activities. Which is of reference value to Shanxi province and even the high school sports education.This research mainly use comprehensive analysis methods, such as the literature material law, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, comparative study and logical analysis. Through investigation and study to high school students’physical health knowledge in jinzhong city, shanxi province, it reveals the status of high school student physical health knowledge in jinzhong city, shanxi province, and analyse reasons and factors of high school students’health knowledge condition in jinzhong city, shanxi, and presents some suggestions, providing a practical basis to high school physical education, physical education curriculum content design, physical education, carrying out of extracurricular sports activities.The results show that:l.The target realization situation of physical health is not ideal;2. Difference exists amony high school students in the mastery of different physical exercise means;3. To disease prevention awareness and ability should be improved and strengthened. The mastery of knowledge about transmission rates and preventing methods of common communicable disease is better than that of uncommon ones;4. Nutrition affecting the health, environment and way of life have been mastered relatively better;5. High school students’mastery of healthy knowledge is not comprehensive and accurate, staying at a superficial level;6. Differences are not significant in grade and gender about high school students’mastery of health knowledge between knowledge gaps exist different grades, but it’s not significant, and there is no obvious difference in the gradient. That is to say, the body of knowledge has no with growth of teaching time for sports and health courses. Knowledge is not more systematic and comprehensive due to the growth of the grade. Understanding it in another point of view, physical education and health course does not fully exert their functions in the realization of healthy, and teachers also failed to fully embody the role of educators, who can make high school students’knowledge system more complete and comprehensive. At the same time, it’s reflected that the students themselves, school, parents haven’t paid enough attention to this;7. The implementation of the general physical education and health course, should be strengthened further.The thesis put forward the following suggestions according to above reflected problems:1. School, teachers and students, should learn new curriculum idea and the standard, change idea and establish the goal consciousness of health.2. The government should establish the corresponding training system, ensuring training and further education for relative stuff and allowing teachers to create complete and correct knowledge system.3. The school should makes full use of the sports curriculum resources, and actively carry out, comprehensive activities to create a good atmosphere for the school sports culture, and fully mobilize students interest in sports, helping high school students in learning and understanding.4. Improving the teaching materials knowledge of physical health should be accurately involoved into the materials. At the same time, the school should be strict in selecting teaching materials.5. Perfecting the evaluation system.
