Research On Prevention System Of Sports Activities Safety For Primary And Middle School

With the sports safety of primary and middle school was concerned, it is necessary to establish a prevention system for the safety of primary and middle school sports activities. Based on the conception of constructing prevention system for primary and middle school sports activities, investigated and interviewed the sports teachers of primary and middle schools in Shanxi Province, statistical analysis and logical analysis methods were used, then drew the following conclusions finally.1. Logical definition method was used, the primary and middle school sports safety prevention system was definited as an organic whole which can prevent the occurrence of death, disability, organ dysfunction and other sports injury accidents in school sports activities, including state, schools, teachers and related departments (personnels)when all primary and middle school students were attending sports activities.2. According to the results of the survey in Shanxi Province, the safety prevention system of primary and middle school sports activities was related to nation, schools, sports teacher and student, it formed a3-level safety prevention system deeply called "countries—school—teachers and students".3. According to the results of the survey in Shanxi Province, the national sports safety prevention system for primary and middle school mainly included policy, safety management system, erfecting relevant laws and regulations, increasing the investment of human and material etc., and creating a good safe cultural environment.4. Through concluding and analysising the survey results, the school sports safety prevention was divided into sports safety prevention of management, sports safety prevention of technology, sports safety prevention of education.Among of them, the survey of management prevention included construction of safety department, constructing system, and implementing system. The situation of implementing system included inspecting site and equipment system regularly, arranging sports teachers to attend sports safety training, undertaking bodychecking to the students, establishing a plan system of sports safety accident emergency.The prevention survey of sports safety techniche included the technology of layouting school stadium and equipment reasonably, sports equipment compling with the standards, the technology of sports equipment meeting age characteristics, establishing safety monitoring and screening technology and so on.The prevention survey of sports safety education included consciousness, attitude and behavior of sports safety. Sports safety consciousness included examining equipments of sports teachers and the students, prejudgment situation of teachers to dangerous. Safety attitude included the preparation of teachers and students’for the sports activities. Sports safety behavior was mainly to prevent from the amount of exercise, protection ability and correct acting.5. By analysing the survey results concluded, the prevention of sports teachers and students is implemented mainly from teachers and students’ safety consciousness of sports activities, sports teachers’professional quality, sports teachers’and students’protection ability, sports teachers’professional ethics and so on.
