The article try to research from minority and han national Junior high schoolstudents’ mathematical thinking ability, cultural background and motivation forlearning math.Expect to find out the factors that bring about the minority and hannational Junior high school students mathematical thinking ability in low level.The research through many of Research Methods,such as literature research,comprehensive test, questionnaire, special analysis,data analysis etc.CombinedQuantitative research and Qualitative research,by investigate kashigar Third-yearstudent’s level of mathematical thinking ability, cultural background and motivationfor learning,it does not belong to intellectual factors.Applied comparison, statisticalanalysis methods to research their level of mathematical thinking ability.By investigation and analysis,the student’s feature of mathematical thinkingability has been found out.It was reflected in The Overall level of mathematicalthinking ability too low, the Difference between minority and han national studentswas more significant.These differences relate to students’ living area, Minority cultures, Religion,Social factors, Family factors and Individual factors.Contrarily the many factors affected math ability,advised countermeasure toresolve han national Junior high school students’ mathematical thinking abilitydevelopment from government,teachers,family,students and training math ability. Iexpected to change the lower level condition.
