| Along with the rapid development of economic globalization, the competition of softpower between countries is more and more fierce. To development and use of humanresources，our country demands a lot of human, material and financial resources，especially inrecent years, the master graduate student of this kind of high-level personnel training isconcerned. In2000, the institutions of higher education enrolled397thousand graduatestudents; by2010the number had already increased to1.4million. In2012, three will be over1.656million people register for graduate education, which will hit a highly record. On the onehand, in order to adapt to rapid socio-economic development，our country are increasing themaster graduate student enrollment quota; On the other hand, the graduate of the chargingsystem with the fluctuations of the economic situation changes. In2005, colleges anduniversities institute are receiving graduate education tuition fees gradually。Today, a numberof problems in the reform of graduate education are floating to the surface. The enrollmentexpansion of graduate students makes the master’s degree number increased suddenly。inaddition to the education cost increase year by year, the professional settings of graduatestudent’s and the demand of the market are seriously disjointed，which lead to the tuitionburden of master graduate student and the employment pressure of graduate students。With themethod of empirical analysis research, historical documents research, questionnaire survey,statistic and analysis, this paper tries to discuss the personal investment decision-makingproblems and accompanying possible risks at the postgraduate education of colleges in Shanxiprovince. And as for the accompanying possible risks，combined with the human capitalinvestment decision theory and stakeholder theory from governments, colleges and universities,choose and employ persons and individual four put forward the correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions. |
