From the end of20th century, due to the promotion of economic globalization and the modern technology, internationalization became a kind of trend for higher education. As the Initiator of internationalization of higher education, developed nations are in dominant position with the advantage of the academics and mechanism. Out of the huge economic and political interests, developed nations and their universities devote themselves to promoting internationalization of higher education, and they gain a lot of benefit by taking active measures. In face of the trend about internationalization of higher education, Chinese people want to know that Chinese universities how to know well about the trend and what measures they will take. What results these measures will bring. In addition, people pay a lot of attention to know how Chinese universities improve their strategies in face of internationalization of higher education.The article concentrates on four points. First, the article will research the development of Chinese universities under the trend of internationalization of higher education, and find out what the chance and challenge Chinese universities will face. Second, take H university for example, to find the useful and bad aspects of strategies taken by H university. Third, the article will find the strategies that the universities of developed nations take in face of internationalization of higher education; Last, the article will research what strategies Chinese universities take to meet the trend of internationalization, and analyze how to improve the strategies in the future to meet the trend of internationalization for Chinese universities. The last part is the most important of the article.
