The cooperation mechanism within secondary vocational education between the Western and Eastern regions in China unites the vocational education both in Western and Eastern. It provides quality education resources and employment resources for the students in the Western. This paper is based on a case study of the cooperation mechanism between the Western and Eastern regions in China. It take the cooperative of S and Wen Shan as an example, studies on its development courses and present situation, bases on these studies, this paper shows the reflections about the cooperation mechanism, at last, shows some suggestions. It is divided into four chapters:Chapter One is the introduction, it shows the background and significance of this study, the related research on the cooperation mechanism between the Western and Eastern regions in China at home and abroad, the objectives, contents, approaches and innovations of this study.Chapter Two is study on its form and content. It is on the basis of research, follows the clue of joint, recruit students, cooperative education, showing the present situation in detail. On the basis of previously research, this part gives some analysis of the present situation.Chapter Three is the reflections. This part is on the basis of the former chapter’s description and analysis of the cooperation mechanism between the Western and Eastern regions in China’s present situation, summaries its advantages and disadvantages, prepares for the next chapter’s suggestions.Chapter Four is giving some suggestions. In the macroscopic, its importance should be pay attention to, and the duties of related government should be clear, such as Fund Supporting. In the medium level, firstly, clarifying what Cooperative School Running is, don’t make a mistake; secondly, improving it quality, in order to increase the attraction; thirdly, pay attention to the summary and exchange of experience; fourthly, adjust the contents and forms of the cooperation mechanism; fifthly, establish public service platform.
