| This thesis explains the meaning of multicultural education, discusses the research background and the significance, introduces the object, the content, the method and process of this research, shows the originality.Secondly, this thesis expatiates the theoretical basis of multicultural education(cultural anthropology, ecology of human development, educational anthropology), reviews the national and foreign scholar’s researches about preschool multicultural education(mainly according to multicultural education concept, method and the role of teachers to analyze).Thirdly, this thesis mainly adopts four research methods, i.e. the literature method, questionnaire method, observation method and interview method, to study the current state for Korean preschool multicultural education in Shanghai(including parents and teachers’awareness about the importance of the multicultural education, the practice situation as well as the difficulties and the guidance method in Shanghai at present).Finally, this thesis analyzes through the summary the current situation for Korean preschool multicultural education, reflects the main effect(Korean kindergarten and parents basically agree with the necessity of the multicultural education in Shanghai), points out the problem of existence(because the factors that Korean kindergarten and parents cause lead the multicultural education in Shanghai not to be able very good implementation) as well as improvement point, and separately to Korean kindergarten and parents propose the suggestion about the overseas multicultural education content and the guidance method as well as cooperation(kindergarten teachers as well as parents have to increase the knowledge of multicultural education; to understand the importance of the multicultural education at the same time to carry out effective multicultural education; kindergarten and parents should be in partnership with an excellent cooperation), at last to other country’s kindergarten and education institution in Shanghai suggests the significant enlightenment. |
