Learning is going on with some conditions which including internal condition and external conditions. Teachers play a role that provides appropriate external conditions that are right to the students’internal conditions which can make learning to occur. The Chemical basic theory which contains some Chemical thoughts and methods of solving problems is the core and essence in middle school Chemistry teaching, and is too the best materials to developing the student thinking ability and innovation ability. In this paper, the middle school Chemical basic theory teaching based on learning condition has been proposed with the guidance of Gagne’s learning condition theory and Constructivism Theory. these are very important for instruction Chemical basic theory that looking the conditions for learning chemical basic theory and design instruction program based on the conditions.In this paper, the importance of learning chemical theory for developing student thinking ability and learning chemistry had been indicated. Chemical basic theory had been classified by Gagne classifying learning outcomes. This instruction idea had been proposed by Constructivism Theory that student must comprehend deep the geniture, formation, generalization and development of the theory in learning. The teacher’s function is to provide the necessary conditions to help the student to construct fully the means of the Chemical basic theory.There is a systematic theoretical analysis about the meaning, feature and the basic steps of instructional design of Chemical basic theory teaching based on learning condition in this study. Instructional design of Chemical basic theory based on learning condition and teaching experiments are done by taking ionic bond, the Chemical reaction rate and primary battery for examples. The learning condition of ionic bond, the Chemical reaction rate and primary battery are found through teaching experiments and analysis of teaching outcomes. On this case, the general learning conditions of Chemical basic theory are summarized. Internal conditions includes Knowledge and skills, thinking and method as well as the attitude. External conditions includes providing thinking motivation, strategies for recognition and examples. And the teaching situation on students’ stimulus that teachers provide should be reached a certain intensity. And feedback information should also be timely provided by teachers. According to learning conditions of the case, the teaching strategies of the ionic bond, the Chemical reaction rate and primary batteries are proposed.Through one year teaching practice, the function of Chemical teaching based on learning condition is mainly the following aspects,1. Removing obstacles for students to learn new content. Necessary external learning conditions should be provided for students to arouse and satisfy the internal learning conditions according to the actual conditions of the students in the teaching. These conditions remove obstacles for students to learn new content.2. Enabling students to form a good cognitive structure. Each knowledge points is processed into orderly knowledge blocks according to the learning conditions of each learning outcomes Then to find the learning conditions of these knowledge blocks to form a hierarchy, organized knowledge network structure.3. Students learn to analyze problems and solve problems. Teachers supply different nature conditions for different knowledge points and guide the students to think in different way, so that students on the same type of problem can form certain solutions.4. Greatly improve the teaching efficiency.
