A Study On The Application Of Project Management To The Campus Culture Construction

In this paper, we firstly analyzed and summarized systematically the most recent domestic and abroad theories about project management, the construction of campus culture, and the relationship between them. This builds theoretical foundation for analyzing and expanding in the following article. Secondly, we analyzed the current situation about the construction of college campus culture. Based on this analysis, we concluded and summarized the existing problems in the construction of college campus culture. Thirdly, the application of project management in the construction of college campus culture was discussed in detail, including the necessity, feasibility, methods, problems, extending and application of carrying out project management in the construction of campus culture. Finally, we put forward suggestions and supporting measures for strengthening the construction of college campus culture.Based on our study and analysis, we presented several conclusions as follows:First, the construction of campus culture has risen to the strategic position in the development of the school. Nevertheless, in the new situation, the traditional administrative mode can’t adapt to the requirements of campus cultural construction. Introducing new project administrative mode into campus cultural activity has become a matter of great urgency. Second, there are various problems in the college campus culture, such as lack of adequate working scheme, irrational organization and allocation of resources, lack of the spirit of humanity, backward educational administrative ideas, low administrative level and quality, insufficient investment in the campus cultural construction and so on. Third, there are many connections between campus cultural construction and project management. The project management of college campus cultural construction can be carried out from the following aspects, including clarifying the projects of college cultural activity, establishing the project management team and determining the procedure of the project management. Fourth, there are some noticeable things in the process of the implementation, such as highlighting the multi-levels of the project of cultural activities, perfecting all kinds of the systems of the project management, improving the educational significance of the process of the project management, paying attention to the summary and evaluation of the project management and so on. Based on the project management of college campus cultural construction as well as supporting measures in the system and atmosphere, the construction of college campus culture will rise to a new step.
