The "three-autonomy" sports teaching reform is an important aspect of physical education teaching reform in the new age. In August2002, the promulgation and implementation of the National College of Physical Education Teaching Guidance Outline (in the following it is shortened as outline) promote the reform process further, which attracts the attention of professionals of athletics in colleges of china. Meanwhile, the outline reflects the trend that the revolution aims at satisfy the demands of students. As an important part of higher education, the quality of College physical education teaching can affect the cultivation of talents, to study the "three-autonomy" sports teaching has an important significance.But due to the influence of various factors, the "three-autonomy" sports teaching met a lot of problems in the process of implementing, which did not reach the purpose of implementation. In order to understand the "three-autonomy" sports teaching the phenomena of alienation and dissimilated reasons, the paper use literature data method, questionnaire survey method, field survey method and access method from sports venues, sports teachers, the development situation of the "three-autonomy" sports teaching, the attitude of leadership and sports teacher to the "three-autonomy", the difficulties of the "three-autonomy" sports teaching implementation and so on for a comprehensive understanding. Through literature study and practice of the survey:the "three-autonomy" sports teaching didn’t reach the requirements in the guidelines and improve student’s physique condition, because there have been some problems in the process of implementation. The paper explored some dissimilation in the implementation process of the "three-autonomy" sports teaching, mainly including:the sports teaching goal of generalization, unfair in the students’ free option, Sports behavior dissimilation, the teaching method of Sports Alienation, the weakening of sports skill learning, distorted relationship between teachers and students. To produce alienation discussed the reason and analysis and the results show:the lack of understanding of the "three-autonomy" sports teaching, in short supply of sports venues and equipment, shortage of teachers, the contradiction between students demand and teachers special, sports set difference and novelty, the lack of guidance of students’ Autonomous Learning, paying more attention to the safety problem, the teacher and student’s self-evaluation, a serious shortage of funding for sports, etc are lead to be dissimilated reasons of the "three-autonomy" sports teaching.
